HORRIBLE experience- I have been getting gel manicures for many years, but had never been to Jefferson Nails before… This was the worst Gel manicure I ever had. Not even in 24 hours my nail started to Chip and crack and when I called back to be refunded my money ($28!!) they said "I guess I didn't take care of my nails" and wouldn't refund me the money...the lady on the phone was extremely rude. I have been going to Jefferson Nails forever, maybe 8 years.  I absolutely love it there! No other nail salon compares in my opinion. If I can't make it to Jefferson Nail, I've found that I am always disappointed with my nails. The salon is super clean and everyone is efficient they take their time when massaging which is great, but I always leave thinking I've spend the perfect amount of time there.  I hate feeling like I've wasted my whole day getting my nails done.  I have gotten mani/pedis and gel manis, both come out awesome and last a while! Never a long wait and they get the job done.  Since I've been strictly going to Jefferson nails, my nails have never looked better!! Read Less

If I could give zero stars I would absolute garbage this nail salon is infested with bugs and the lady did not do my nails right she made them look like pistachio peanuts. I do not recommend this place Read Less

My first impression of this salon was that it was clean and pretty inside. Everything seemed sanitary and there was calming music. I figured I was in for a relaxing time. It was relaxing, I will admit that, but I was incredibly uncomfortable. It was oddly quiet. I seemed to be inconveniencing them just by entering. There were only two customers in there and there were over two hours before closing. One woman seemed angry that I came and basically sighed when I asked for a pedicure and gel manicure. My pedicure was fine. No complaints. My gel manicure was fine at the time but it's only been 4 days and three of my nails are chipping. It's not as though I've been doing any manual labor. Also, every other time I've gotten a gel manicure, they give gloves to protect from the UV. Not here. I have only given three reviews on Yelp and both others have been 5 start ratings. I don't ever complain on here. But I suggest the salon even fake excitement when a customer walks in and maybe flash a smile. Read Less

Jefferson Nail and Spa has such a pretty and calming atmosphere. Adele does great gel manicures and only charges $28! She is very kind and also gives hand and shoulder massages. I look forward to going back and trying their other services since all the other customers seemed very happy. Read Less
