The name for this nail salon under new ownership is PPO Nails. This place is on the way home from work & convenient, which is the only reason I've been here. They have a large selection of colors & there's never a wait. I went for a mani yesterday & the manicurist did an ok job trimming my cuticles & painting polish. During the manicure he massaged my hands and his nails were digging into my palms. Yeah that didn't feel good. Mani was $10. It's ok as far a cleanliness goes- They use packaged tools. The walls are plain, and the decor is bland. The music is not relaxing either- 80's-90's soft rock? I never had a pedi here, and I honestly wouldn't. I prefer to go somewhere relaxing and spa-like. If I'm crunched for time, I go to get the job done.

If this is the place next to "The Pour House" restaurant it is horrible. They don't do powder gel yet thought they could remove it with just a file. Ripped my cuticles up, broke my nails and I got up ...
If this is the place next to "The Pour House" restaurant it is horrible. They don't do powder gel yet thought they could remove it with just a file. Ripped my cuticles up, broke my nails and I got up and left. They were good at one time but not anymore. BEWARE. -5 stars

I believe they changed the name of this place to PPO PPO II and let me tell you- it is wonderful. I have honestly never been to a nail salon so friendly, kind, and courteous. Rebecca did a wonderful job on my nails and I was treated to a FREE massage at the end. I will most definitely be returning. What a lovely afternoon!

I agree with the other reviewer. This used to be a great place.They changed ownership. I too left with bleeding hands. She cut me in at least 4 places. The person they have giving free massage is horrible. She gave me rope burn! Not returning.

Horrible. I had gone there for a long time previously, but within the last year the ownership has changed hands. I left today with the worst nail experience of my life. I'm not usually a person that complains about the service they receive. Today, I didn't even want to pay. I left with two fingers bleeding and a frustration that one wouldn't expect from getting their nails done. Stay far away.

The name for this nail salon under new ownership is PPO Nails. This place is on the way home from work & convenient, which is the only reason I've been here.
