Every time i call to make an appointment  the owner answers with a rush doesn't let you explain for what you are going for. I only let rosa or fanny do my nails!! They are the best! One time monica did a manicure! It was so ugly she left my nails uneven ! She did them in a rush and with a attitude! I went back the next day and blanca fixed them!! I had recommended the salon to my co worker she went only 2 times on her 3rd visit blanca was rude to her rushing to do her nails saying she didn't have time for a full set she also wanted to over charge they should have up a price list!!!! I just moved to the area and have been going to Bobos Nails for a couple months now. I can say that if you want more than a regular manicure you HAVE to call and make an appointment. This place is ALWAYS busy no matter what time I go. Also, if you want a special service, gel manicure or professional job, you need to know who is the best and skilled at this salon. I have been to 3 different manicurists for a simple gel manicure and 1 lady has been really good (Fanny) and the 2 others were average (gel peeled off within 2 days, was put on too thick). There are a couple manicurists who do the real professional services - gel overlays and tips, etc., they are always very busy with appointments, I am sure they are good but I don't get any of those services. Honestly this place doesn't deserve any stars. Absolutely the worst experience ever. It started off bad, and I should have known then. Owner told me 10 minute wait to get a full set, which turned into almost an hour. My nails came out like garbage, was overcharged, and then while I'm letting the owner know I'm coming back in tomorrow for a re-polish, he was more concerned if I had tipped for my sons massage. So much for making the customer happy. Something important to also know. They have different prices for their polishes. For instance if you want the mood polish, ( changes color depending on temperature) its $20 ! INFLATION!! Other polishes range from 8 bucks and up.  Total rip off!! I'm disgusted! I wanted to really like this salon but I was not impressed with my french manicure. The woman who did my nails barely spoke/understood English so from the beginning there was a communication barrier. She pushed back my cuticles and in doing so made my nails bumpy. She didn't try to smooth it out with a buffer she just started painting, didn't take long for her to realize it wouldn't dry smooth. She undid the polish on 1 finger, buffed, and reapplied the polish without checking to see if my other fingers had the problem (which they all did). I had to ask her to undo them all!!! Finally smooth nails but then she didn't know how to do a french manicure. The french white tips came out uneven with different sizes of thickness. Worst experience ever. I have been getting my nails done for years at various salons and this by far was the worst experience ever. Not only did they overcharge me for gel fill last weekend with gel polish, their polish also all chipped and one nail broke completely in half and I have never had that problem before. Then when I went to get them fixed they asked me to wait 10 min, then another 10, then maybe 30 hopefully sooner.... 1 hr later the owner or manager who doesn't know how to do gel nails herself made an attempt to fix the broken nail. She glued a rip onto my broken nail and then filled with acrylic instead of gel, filed nail with hand filer instead of machine and left it bulky and not shaped correctly and very thick. That's not all. She then applied a different color nail polish and threw one coat on across all my nails in an attempt to match it. Told me "come next time when you have more time" I told her I came in with plenty of time, I gave them 2 hrs to fix one nail... they should have told me from the beginning they had no one available that knew how to do gel and A more accurate estimate of how long the wait would have been. I like this place! It seems very clean and sanitary. They use disposable nail files and buffing cubes. They do a pretty decent job at manis and pedis to boot. The massage chairs work great and when they are not busy they massage your back while you get your mani done. This place is great! Found this place by accident. Just moved into the area and wanted to find a nail salon that does acrylics. And was reasonably priced. Last weekend I had to get my nails done and came upon this place.The service was great! Rosa did my nails and waxing! I am never going anywhere else! The prices are great. Great job done on my nails.  Love the color selection. All new nail polish. The place was clean and floowed sanitary health regulations. I parked at big parking lot in the back. Free. I payed $35 plus tip for uv gel manicure. Not cheap but worth it. Read Less
