I went here a week ago with my friend, hurt me so many times. Yeah we came in a few min late it happens when your a mother and wife you loose track of time. Anyways we came in took 3 hours because my friend bow accessory wouldn’t come off after she first said dip them in acetone they didn’t listen and did something else. They did a very bad job with my nails. I have a picture not sure how to upload it. 53$ for a simple acrylic and gel, 3$ more because i wanted ballerina nails they lady stills had the audacity to claim a tip. Ps. Not to mention that day they were short on staff and many customers came and and had to go because they didn’t get attended treating me and my friend like it was our fault for coming 10 min late. After back injury it was easier to have salon do toe nails.In the beginning service was great, after a couple of years service has gone down. Became increasingly annoyed that I pay the same $15. dollars for a pedicure and get less service {no polish] and get rushed pedicure. Today I was there and the same 1,2,3 service plus they did not file calluses as they usually do, 8 years of patronage and no free pedicure as others earn. Recently came here with my sister for a pedicure and for her to get a gel fill in. We did have an appointment so there was no wait when we got there, but there were plenty of people working so if you were to walk in, I don't think there would be an issue. (I did walk in once for eyebrow wax and had no issue). Immediately sitting down for my pedicure I noticed their level of cleanliness was above anywhere I had been before. They cover the foot tub with a plastic cover so your feet aren't touching anything but the plastic, and honestly it doesn't feel weird at all. Along the lines of their cleanliness, the foot scrubber they use for the bottom, they stick a new one on for every use. Service was great, everyone was friendly, and for $15 you cannot go wrong!!As the fill-in took a little longer than expected, she took her time and had patience which in the end paid off. This is a review based off a one time experience..beware!I've been putting off getting my eyebrows done since I moved to Patchogue. The shape of your eyebrows can completely change your look so I'm always wary. I've had pretty decent experiences in the past getting my eyebrows waxed at hole in the wall nail salons so from the outside looking in ID figured this would do the job. Walking in, the space a lot more substantial than I thought just walking by. It looks clean, pretty much all the chairs were filled and there was one person waiting. So I think it's a good sign that they have a steady clientele (this fact will have me back to try a mani/pedi). Mani/pedi is $22. Gel is $25. Just FYI. When I walked through the door I wasn't immediately greeted and I thought oh noooo, here we go again. I hate walking into salons and no one greets you. But I waited like 2 more seconds and I got a warm welcome and "how can we help you. Whew, thank goodness! She then said it would be a short wait and could I sit down. Absolutely. So I sat on one of the chairs and was surprisingly actually called shortly after that. Yay! They have a waxing room which is nice. It also looked clean. They have you lay down rather than many places where you sit uncomfortably in a chair with everyone watching. The woman I had was very polite and asked what I wanted. She complimented my eyebrows even though they looked a hot mess prior to her work-thanks for trying though! Hahaha. She was very thorough and paid attention to detail. Still pretty quick and $7. I went there yesterday on my lunch break for a pedicure. They were able to get me in right away, which was great as a walk-in. I got a basic pedicure for a great price($15), can't really beat that, but the polish job left a little to be desired. This place is DISGUSTING and UNRELIABLE. I have been trying to find a good nail salon here in Patchogue, but this nail place is by far the worst one yet. The workers keep the place unorganized and messy half of the time and they mess up your nails ALL THE TIME. I would NOT advise going here. Read Less
