The place is okay. It's extremely expensive and they try to push you to get the special pedicures which make it more expensive ($110 for two pedicures). Came here with my girls (8 and 3) because my daughter waned to try it. Got there and was leary about staying. Place was filthy. I stayed cause I heard good things about the place. They made my 3 year old waited 30 minutes while doing my 8 year old her friend and myself first. I told the women my 3 year old is waiting a while. They ignored me. Women kept asking me for a callous remover. I had to say no 5 times... she kept on going. Wouldn't let up. I said no... she then backed off. She finally did my daughter, and the lady was getting mad at her because she had an itch. I had to fix her nails myself cause the woman was annoyed. While I was getting my gel manicure done I saw one of the workers picking her teeth with a flosser and not cleaning her hands. I also saw one of the women stop doing my daughter's nails to do a wax walk in. The women rinsed her hands off and didn't use soap to go do the wax removal. After all of this I went to pay and the women said $107.... what???? For a 3 year old and 2 little girls $60. I was $45 oh and they charged me and extra $2 for a quick dry for my 3 year old daughter. They don't post prices for regular services and make up their own prices. RIP OFF!!! I told the ladies that they took the tip I was going to give them in their price they charged me and walked out. I went there for the first time I told the girl regular pedi she tried to confused me a few times telling me about some expensive spa I said no like 4 times I was very specific that I was there for a regular pedi she said ok regular pedi I said yes ones again then she started massaging the leg wish took like 10 minutes I asks her is this on the regular she said yes anyway I paid 30 dollars when I ask wtf? Visited this location today with my daughter, she got a pedicure and everything was great - I chose the gel manicure and pedicure combo. My technician was named Michelle, and after this encounter I will never return. My pedicure was less than average and polish was all over my toes, but the gel manicure sealed my decision to not return and to write a review. First, the table was not plugged in and Michelle didn't 'like' the color I chose? I explained it looked 'off' because i...t mixed with the clear base coat and it hasn't cured because the lights were not on- she argued with me and finally proceeded - then she began complaining about me in another language as if I couldn't understand the repeated word color and see the eye rolling along with coworkers coming over to look?? Did I mention she got up during my manicure and left to wax someone without even the courtesy to ask or let me know where she was disappearing to? She was sloppy and some of my fingertips are stuck to the nails and the tip of the nail was globbed with polish which looks like a 2 year old performed my manicure. I was in from Miami visiting my mom in New York and needed a dip (sns) nail and pedicure. I am always really skeptical going to places for dip because not many places know how to do it well. Not only did my mani pedi (both French) come out fantastic but my moms acrylic fill and pedi were the best I've ever seen her get done! This place sucks !!! I went there and got a full set 2 days ago and 4 nails already came off. This place is the worst nail place I have ever went to. The pedicure massage was the only good thing about this place expect for the fact that my lady spoke barely any English and didn't know what I wanted. Also I paid 35$ for coffin shaped nails and they aren't even good they just look like thinner regular acrylics. and can I just add that the lady used some kind of adhesive spray and clear nail polish to put the tip on!!! CLEAR NAIL POLISH & at first I didn't even realize but when I did I didn't have enough time to go elsewhere. I do not recommend this place at all. It is HORRIBLE. I should've listened to the reviews. Manager was rude, spoke to me in a demeaning manner in front of my children all because her workers didn't show up for the day. They claim to take walk ins, but once the appointments arrive, they skip steps just to move to them. I will never go back and told all of my friends about this place. There was basically a hole in the paint still when she sent me on my way. Then when I got home, it looked like she used a different color on each foot. I live very close to this place but refuse to go in here anymore.Everytime I've ever been it's just been annoying. I would go to get a regular pedicure and manicure but the whole time they pressure u to get some fancy pedicure that costs a ton more. They don't take no I'm not interested for an answer. It is very uncomfortable and rude. Once they exhaust all measures to sell u the spa pedicure they will next tell you that you have calluses and need to pay more for callus remover. This place is just okay. I have been twice and have had the same results. Pretty decent pedicure and terrible gel manicure. I usually go to a place in Bay Shore, but didn't feel like the drive so I tried then again. I am happy with my pedicure and thought it was pretty relaxing. They definitely try and up sell you a lot. A woman that was in the chair next me was asked 4 times by her nail tech to upgrade. Exacerbated the woman finally said I don't have the money and that was the end of it. The woman looked embarrassed and I felt bad for her cause regardless you shouldn't have to be badgered. As I write this I notice my gel is starting to life. Kind of disappointing really as other than the badgering they seem like nice hard working people... Who just don't quite do a bang up job. Read Less

we went in to get mani/pedi's for a girls day out .. the Pedicure, foot soak and leg massage were wonderful. When it came to getting my nails done, it was awful. I needed a gel fill in and the person LINDA didn't understand what i requested no matter how many times i said it. I went in with a groupon coupon for gel manicure. I knew what it was and what i was asking for. Instead she barely shaped the nails and placed them under the UV with straight nail polish... my nails look horrible and then she started a an argument with me. wont go there again lust because of her. Stay away...far far away!!  I actually went here for many years because there wasn't a lot of other options near my home.  I have a few examples of what finally drove me to my breaking point with them:1. Anytime you get a pedicure they try to upsell you.  If you ask for a regular pedicure, they try to upsell you to a spa.  If you ask for a spa, they try to upsell you to a more expensive spa and so on.  If you say no, they keep asking over and over.  If you don't get the expensive spa pedicure, they try to upsell you on the callous remover.  Same situation here, if you say no, they keep rubbing the bottoms of your feet, making faces, and telling you that you need callous remover.  I have seen it happen many, many times.  2. I was getting my eyebrows waxed one time and asked the manager if she thought I should I should get a lip wax (I have blonde hair above my lip).  She said no, you cant really see it and once you start waxing it, you always have to do it.  So I didn't do it.  The VERY next time I get my eyebrows done by her, she tells me that I really need to get a lip wax!!3.  I used to get gel manicures there, which should last about 2 weeks.  Within 3 days, I would have an entire nail's polish pop off or start peeling.4.  The very last straw was I decided to get acrylic tips before I went on vacation.  I had worn acrylic nails on and off over the years and never really had any issues.  Within 5 days of the new tips, I had 5 nails break!!  I decided finally to visit another nail salon near my office which I occasionally went to for pedicures.  I told them I wanted a fill in and they started to do the fill and the rest of the nails also started coming off as they filed.  They ended up taking the Angel Tips nails off, and putting on a new gel tip set, which I have had for about a year, look wonderful and never break.  Lastly I know in many of this type of nail salon, the people that work there speak in a foreign language, but in this one, they do it frequently and you just can tell they are talking about the customers by the way they are talking and looking at the customers.Sorry for the long review, but please please don't waste your money here.  There is a much better nail place in Waldbaums shopping center on Sunrise Hwy if you want to go somewhere locally (don't know if I can mention names so I wont). This was the worst pedicure I have ever gotten in my life.  A friend and I went in on a Saturday for pedicures and we expected a wait, but were pleasantly surprised to be accommodated immediately.  By accommodated I mean basically pushed into a chair & left to wait while the foot bath got cold.  One tech started working on my friend & basically started giving her a spa special pedicure despite her protests.  Whatever it happens.  30 minutes into her pedicure another tech started on mine and proceeded with the same treatment.  Part of this treatment included a callus removal step.  According to the bottle, this stuff should not stay on your feet for more than 10 minutes.  17 minutes later (my tech was working on the other two people, that had come in about 5 minutes earlier) my feet started to burn.  I kept asking if I could just wash the stuff off and salvage what was left of my feet, but the other tech told me "2 more minutes".  Only After I got fidgety and was showing signs of discomfort did they remove the lotion.  I then sat for another half hour in the same position.  At that point they were already trying to hustle my friend out by making her pay...we drove together so she wasn't going anywhere.  At this point, a guy comes out and starts putting a base coat on my toes.  The polish wasnt even entirely removed and I hadn't gotten 1/2 the additional services that were supposed to come with this package.  At 2 hours into this I was ready to get the hell out of there and to resume normal activities.  When they rung up my friend who so graciously treated I almot hit the floor...$85.00...for a pedicure and a half basically.  A week later whatever polish lasted longer than the first 48 hours is chipping away, which is a vast improvement from what I left with.  No thanks!!
