Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here. The girl that did my nails was in high school and did not seem like she had a clue what she was doing.   I called and spoke to a manager, gave some suggestions (one example was to possibly charge less for an inexperienced kid who was in cosmetic school vs someone with experience etc) since the prices are more expensive then your average nail salon since it's organic.  You also have to pay 5 dollars for a kit, they won't do your nails without you paying the initial $5 for it again Not a problem but what was in the kit maybe cost a few cents.... a little wooden stick and a tiny nail file. You also can't take it with you, you have to leave it there. I asked the girl doing my nails to cut my cuticles and she said they don't do that. Now I have been to other organic salons and they do cut cuticles so I'm not sure why they didn't.  I'm figuring they didn't want to give everyone there own cuticle clipper?Anyway, long story short the place looks like it is already out of business. It's empty inside.  I'm honestly not surprised but I was hoping with time they improved because I loved the concept. Read Less

I want to give this nail salon a good review because I've been here a few times and had a good experience, but I've been turned away more than once. After that, I always make an appointment. This week I called to make an appointment during business hours and got the voicemail. I left a message, never received a response. I called two other times during business hours and got the voicemail, so I just hung up. I decided to just drop by on Saturday afternoon when I wanted my appointment for anyway and they only had one person working. She told me that someone else was supposed to be coming in if I didn't mind waiting 10 mins. I said I didn't mind. I waited 35 minutes and the person never showed. I'm so annoying because I have a lot of allergies and was very excited when an organic nail salon opened right near me and even better it was woman owned. Just really disappointed at the service!! I am so glad I found All Nailtural! I have been to a few nail salons on Long Island and never was fully happy with the nail job and the place always smelled really bad. All Nailtural has barely any toxic smell making it a more comfortable experience while getting my nails done and there was care taken to make the nails look good. I got the mani pedi 7 days ago and the polish is still lasting very well, much better then any other mani pedi I have gotten. I will definitely come back! P.S. I also love the coconut oil and sugar scrub they do! Read Less

I had such high hopes for All Nailtural. I was excited to support local business, and experience a chemical free service. Disappointment ran wild from the beginning of my service until the end. The service itself: I had a pedicure. My feet were barely left to soak in the vinegar based solution. I had to place my foot awkwardly on a small plastic platform that was about seven inches off the ground as I sat in a typical sized chair, to let the worker do a lackluster job on my feet. My legs were barely scrubbed. They put on the scrub and scrubbed it off no less than 60 second later. And they scrubbed only up to my half calf. The bottom of my feet were barley touched. I left with the same callouses on the bottom of my feet- there was no scrubbing to even attempt to make them smoother. The polish application was god awful. I had to apply another coat while my feet were drying. AND you get so ripped by having to purchase a nail kit for $5- get this: the nail kit is a whopping nail clipper and file emery board. That's it. For five bucks. The establishment leaves A LOT to be desired. I'd much rather go to a pedicure place in a spa location (where the fumes are not like a nail salon) bring my own coconut oil and toxic free nail polish for them to use and get a pedicure that way. If this place is going to survive, they really need to rethink on their services and applications which would help tremdously. But for me, I will not return. Read Less

I got my nails done on Tuesday, and after sitting with my nails under the fan for 1/2 hour, my nails smudged as soon as I used them. I went back the next day to try to have them refinished. After getting them done and sitting very carefully with my nails under the fan the same thing happened. So I went back the third day to just get the polish removed. There was a different person that did my nails so I decided to try again and hoped for a better result. The same thing ...happened, after I sat with my fingers under the fan for 1/2 hour, she came and checked on my nails. They were still not dry, so she said try another 7 minutes. After a total of 45 minutes with my nails under the fan, I just picked up my purse to take out my wallet, and my nails smudged. I was just ready to leave, but the woman insisted on taking off all my nail polish for me before I left. So in 3 days I had my nails painted three times and had the paint removed three times. The exact opposite of what I wanted for a less toxic nail painting. See more Read Less

What is probably the one and only of its kind on Long Island, this all organic nail salon is one of the best additions to the ever-expanding Patchogue. My experience last week was one-of-a-kind. At your first visit to the salon, you can bring your own manicure set or purchase a $5 kit that will be stored in the salon so there is never any cross-contamination of anything. Instead of the typical nail salon chairs, All Nailtural has 3 comfy-cushioned chairs with a mosquito netting canopy covering each one, offering privacy and a feeling of peace. A bowl of mint-infused (read, real mint leaves!) water is placed on mats in front of the chairs, where all the soaking happens. The nail technicians sit on cushions in front of you, and handle the entire pedicure process from there.(Side note: when speaking with the them, they told me they are working on making platforms for the chairs so that the nail techs are more at-level with feet, making the experience more comfortable for everyone involved.)The salt scrub is made with a base of coconut oil and salt (ladies beware- shave your legs the day before unlike I did!). Don't expect a lotion massage after the scrub though; the coconut oil in the scrub is enough to leave your legs smooth for days. The leg massage happens during the salt scrub, so don't despair - there IS a leg and foot massage! The manicure includes another home-made sugar scrub. You have a choice between brown or white sugar even. (Sugar scrub is less abrasive than salt, hence why it is used during manicure.) A week later, my finger nail polish is finally started to chip around the edges, which is a miracle compared to my conventional manicures which started chipping day 3. The salon uses Karma Organics nail polishes and removers which will be available for sale as well. There are so many colors to choose from. The wax used is also organic. All of the staff here are kind and explain the process from start the finish. They can talk to you about their products with confidence. The benefits of this salon are plenty. First, there is NO SMELL, NO TOXIC FUMES. This place is ideal for pregnant and nursing moms, chemotherapy patients, and others who are sensitive to conventional nail salons. Once you make the switch, there is no going back. Also, the price for an organic, chemical-free mani-pedi is only $32. You can't beat that!Best of luck to this salon - hopefully more will open throughout Long Island. Read Less
