The last time I got my nails done here by Kim, they were AMAZING! That's why I went back today but this time my nails look awful. I chose a mood changing color that was a vibrant pink on the sample nail but it was translucent when applied. I asked for a different one and just kept being told that it would change, which I was aware of when I chose it but it wasn't even the right one or else the polish was bad. I'm not sure but I sure do know that I am very disappointed right now. Not to mention the design was very sloppy and not at all what I showed her. I feel like I just threw $28 out the window. I've gone here for a little over six years now. They are by far the best in town. They're friendly and efficient. They take their customer service to a whole new level. The lady rushed thru my pedicure doing a subpar job. I didnt realize until I got home that the polish was uneven. She didnt scrub my heels. I was the last to be seated yet the first done. On to my ANC gel dip manicure which was removed improperly by not removing the shine before soaking, my nails were shaped poorly, and drilling was done on the nailbed which no other nail salon ive been to does with ANC gel dip manicures. In fact, its one reason many people choose this product over acrylic. Anywho....no care was taken to the cuticles either and I left with cuts to some of them. My daughter got her nails painted and she told me after we left they didnt put a top coat on. Read Less

If I could give Passion Nails a 0 review, I would.  I had the worst pedi of my life here - the clear coat on my toes shrank and the nail tech left it with huge smudges. It was a dark polish color, so I couldn't see how terrible it was until I walked out into the daylight.  I would've gone back if I had any faith that they could fix it, but the quality of their work is the poorest I have seen at a nail salon anywhere.It is a waste of your hard earned cash to go here when there are better options. Had a wonderful experience with getting a pedicure, repair and fill today. The leg and foot massage was fabulous, the nail technician's were thoughtful about what I was requesting and did exactly what I wanted for nail styling. Great experience!! Read Less
