My nails were extremely uneven. The paint job was terrible. The workers couldn't even understand what I was saying. I am never going back to unique.

They gave my nails a very pretty shape. Not like the thick clumps that other salons do. Very friendly.

Terrible. I'm not from the area. I went for my wedding, because there are no other nail salons around. My toe nails chipped the next morning. I got a gel manicure. I've been doing gel polish at my nail salon here in Georgia for well over a year. It's always been an efficient, streamlined process. At Unique, it took this guy several HOURS to remove my gel polish. The salon clearly has no experience with the product. The worst part is that charge more for it than other place I've been to. They guy used a pick and grinder on my REAL nails. He completely destroyed them. Two my nails broke and the polish chipped off during my wedding. Normally gel polish for me lasts 3-4 weeks. Tip for proper gel polish removal: Put cotton on nails, squeeze acetone on cotton, wrap in foil, put in heat gloves (this also is a nice luxury item to kick up general manicures and you can charge extra ), leave hands in for about 5 minutes, pull out...boom gel polish falls right i off. It's efficient and does no harm! Then put their hand in a clean bag and apply cuticle cream, put back in heat gloves for 5 minutes, rinse, and apply gel polish. Lastly, they tried to use dirty tools on me. You need to sanitize EVERYTHING before and after each customer. Not following proper procedures is how diseases are spread. Read Less
