Monica did a fantastic job on 1/24/18 correcting the shape and thickness of a full set of acrylics I had done elsewhere. I showed her a pic and she nailed it (no pun intended). She was very gentle and my nails are exactly as I wanted them. I did a dark purple gel polish with matte top coat. Definitely will be going back. Read Less

OUTSTANDING service!!!!! My daughter and I got to TTN around 7:50pm in hopes to get nails done for the weekend prom...well for my daughter that is :). We didn't have an appt, but another lady who walked in after us did. The manager explained she was going to take the lady first because she had an appt but we could wait if we liked, it would just be a few more minutes. We were fine with that and completely understood. Appts do come first!!! But when I say outstanding service, I mean it! They spoke with us, asked us about ourselves and just had a nice generous conversation with us, unlike most other nail salons that chatter with themselves. They didn't rush our pedicures, manicures or eye brow waxes even though they closed at 9. We didn't leave the store until after 10! But it's because we were given service as if we were the first customers of the day. They didn't try rushing us out of there! Every bit of detail was done perfectly. Quy and her staff do an amazing job! They are very busy and try to be accommodating to everyone. By the looks of the other review, some people have zero patience, which is fine everyone's time is important. But she will always write you in the book for an appointment, yes you may have to wait a bit but it's definitely worth it. Me and my girls booked an appointment for my wedding and she treated us like gold! Went all out with snacks and drinks to make me feel so special! It's the only place I will go to get my nails and waxing done! I highly suggest everyone to give it a chance, you will not be disappointed. Read Less

I scheduled not ONE but TWO appts in one week. Double booked. Nails for my daughter & myself. Sunday, we arrive at the appointed time..,... she has no clue & swears we had no appt. patiently I rescheduled for Monday evening. Monday morning, my daughter remembers another commitment. I called to reschedule on my lunch for Thursday evening after work. We arrive at the appointed time......, of course she failed to put us in her book AGAIN. My time is also extremely valuable.
