I came here the day before my wedding for a mani pedi and had a picture of exactly what I wanted, an ombré French manicure. I ended up with plain pink toenails and my finger nails pretty much looked white and were too long. Most employees seemed to still be in training. I have had my nails done on and off at this nail spa for 16 months.  I finally found the perfect nail tech today!! Her name is Amanda and She understands the most current nail trends ie Coffin nails.  She did an amazing job!!! Her Pedicure also on point!! Further, she waxed my eyebrows and took her time..made sure the  wax wasn't too hot and made my eyebrows look awesome. I leff there beaming!!. I will never go to anyone else! I love this nail salon. They do a wonderful job. They take their time on everything in a good way. I get regular manicures from them and they last two weeks. The only reason I have to go back after two weeks is because they've grown out. Their pedicures are wonderful. I have done the lavender and regular pedicures. Both are great. And your heels will thank you, they will feel softer than you've ever felt before. When you go to them for the first time they give you a sheet of coupons that you can use when you come in the next time, and a rewards type card. Read Less

My girlfriend Kelly and I came to this place due to the ratings and I have to say: they did not let us down. As soon as we walked in the door and sat down, they offered us tea or water. We both got spa pedicures #2 and needless to say it was phenomenal. From the massage to stone rocks, they scrubbed our feet so well, my feet feel like a babies bottom. We couldn't believe when we walked out how soft our feet are! Our French looks beautiful and we are very happy with the customer service at this place! I've been to my fair share of nail salons trying to find one that I really liked or trying to find a salon where I didn't have to make an appointment 2-3 weeks ahead of time!! I'm so glad I found this place that does the SNS nails! Anna did a great job and in a timely fashion, I was in and out within an hour and I could not love my nails more! This place is amazing! More of a spa than just nails. Few dollars more than local place but the service is 4x better. A true massage instead of a 30 second beating. Paraffin on both hand and feet included. They Put your rings in ring holder so as not to get gunk all over them then put them back on you, bring you bottles of water.Really loved it!! Please read the review fully to understand why it is 2 stars.When I went in there, looking for a set of acrylics to be done, they said they didn't do acrylics, they did gel nails. Okay.  No problem.  I let Anna start applying the gel nails and they literally all stood up off my nail beds at about a 30 degree angle.  There was NO way I was leaving with my nails doing that.  I asked her to please remove all the nails, which she did immediately.  However, in doing so, she also cut my natural nails off with them, leaving them extremely short.  My pinky nails were practically gone.  I told her just do a manicure on what you left me with and let me get out of here.  Now, she was very apologetic, very sweet, very nice and very accommodating.  She did a nice manicure of whatever nails I was left with.  Paraffin hand treatment. The lotion and hot towel with hot stone massage (all that nonsense) and a back massage while you are getting all of that handled.She polished my nails a very nice nude color and I left.The next day, I got a full set of acrylics elsewhere.Now, if you LIKE the way gel nails sit on your hands?  That's great!  This is probably the salon for you.  For me? I didn't care for it as my nails looked like they were about to fly off my fingertips at the angle they were.  But I will say that Anna was a very lovely lady and she was very sweet.  However she is the ONLY reason this review is not one star. Left there in tears! First we asked for lavender spa pedi. "20 min hot stone massage with peppermint infused lavendar spa cream" was really 16 mins of just rubbing CUCUMBER cream into my legs, 1 min each foot, and 1 min rubbing a warm stone on my legs. My toenails were uneven and crooked. I told him to stop. I was going to leave and a woman said she would fix them. I waited a few mins for her, she started, then she stopped to help someone else. When I got up to leave again she came back. After pretty much filing them down to my skin, hardly any toenail left to paint! No way I was staying for mani. Left with unpainted nubs. Charged me FULL PRICE. Tried to give me $10 card for next time. Didn't take it, there won't be a next time! Went somewhere else. I wasn't the only one who walked out today. Read Less

This place exceeded my expectations by far! I got a gel manicure by Steven. It was $25 which is pretty average for gel manicures in the area, but this gel manicure included a free 15 minute massage (in addition to the usual massage you get while your nails are drying) and a paraffin wax dip for your hands! Steven was really careful to make sure everything came out perfect and my nails look better than they have in a very very long time! Steven also told me if anything happens to my nails within two weeks I can go back and they will fix it! Amazing!! Everything was very clean and sanitary. They also gave me a card for a free manicure after 10 and a sheet with coupons for free manicures (with pedicure) and money off. Please give this place a chance, we need to get them busy so they around for a while! I moved to Oakdale over a year ago and I have not found nail salon I was pleased with until now. While I was sitting there a woman came in for a pedicure and was disappointed that they did not have weekday specials (which I can totally understand). However, if the pedicure is anywhere near as great as the gel manicure it is worth the extra $5. Great customer service. My gel polish didn't last as long as anticipated (likely as a result of oil on my nail...which you can't see, so it's hard to tell if that'll happen in advance) HOWEVER they offered to fix it right away. Everyone in there was lovely, very knowledgeable and CLEAN!  I had been going to a nail salon in Babylon and when they were booked up on New Year's Eve I needed to find somewhere that I could get a fill in, i went on yelp and found them and I'm so glad I did.  After Anna took the polish off she told me my nails were lifting and starting to turn yellow she recommended I get a new set which I wasn't too happy about considering the set I had on was only about a month old, but I'm glad I did my nails are beautiful, Anna did such an amazing job! Great experience! I was able to get an appointment right away, no wait time and super service. The salon is clean and pedi chairs were very comfy. I was in town visiting my folks and needed a brow wax and pedicure. Amy did a fantastic job. I have been searching for a nail place for some time now.
