I came to Rose by the recommendation of my guy friend who's a local. When a conversation came up, he quietly told me he loves indulging in pedicures. Gave me the scoop on local salons, experiences, and prices and said nothing beat Rose Nail. Because he's a landscaper, he goes for the spa pedicure with callous removal. I knew it had to be worth it. I've been looking for a place to bring my boyfriend for his very first mani/pedi-- where he could also get callous treatment and an overall great time. So I made a reservation at 4pm on a Saturday. Then on Saturday, my boyfriend and I had realized we were running behind so we called the salon to see if they can accommodate 5pm instead, which they did with no problem! When we arrived, my boyfriend was treated like a star by everyone. He was laughing, joking, saying "wow", and being entertained. They asked him what show he wanted to watch on TV, all the other ladies getting their pedis were talking with us, and really made it a memorable time. After seeing what his nails looked like groomed, he regretted not taking a before picture. He keeps his third toenail sharp like a weirdo LOL because the skin underneath is very close and would get cut by the clipper if he cut it across. He was afraid of being cut, but without even mentioning, the pedicurist recognized it and simply filed it gently down to a normal shaped edge.As for me, I enjoyed it all too with friendly staff, sanitary liners, and fresh nails!
