Great experience. Liz was great. Very accommodating. And would highly recommend. Didn't realize what I wanted to have done would take longer than the appointment but she was able to make it happen.

I went to this salon literally twice and I told them I want full highlights she told me she would do her best and it came out like an orange color and partial highlights .To make the matters worse the second time I went these she kept telling me I have enough highlights instead of giving me more highlight and she colored my roots in a totally different color .At the end of the day I got three different colors on my head and I was very frustrated with the service .I m never going back there again and I certainly don't recommend it to anyone

I came very specific for a small trim with very long hair. The stylist was talking to the scissor salesman the entire time. Extremely RUDE. She butchered my hair into many layers totally not blended. ...
I came very specific for a small trim with very long hair. The stylist was talking to the scissor salesman the entire time. Extremely RUDE. She butchered my hair into many layers totally not blended. Totally did not listen to what I asked for, she asked me where I part my hair. I said the middle. she said that is so Woodstock. I said I like Woodstock. she continued to cut my hair to the side. worst Customer service ever.. Sherry was her name. Avoid this salon!!

I color my hair often. Naturally I have dark brown hair. Before calling Cactus, i meticulously went over what I wanted to do to my hair and was very adequate about making an apt with a color specialis...
I color my hair often. Naturally I have dark brown hair. Before calling Cactus, i meticulously went over what I wanted to do to my hair and was very adequate about making an apt with a color specialist. I had done my research so to say. I walked in and was quickly escorted to my chair and had a 15 minute consultation with my colorist showing pictures and everything. I felt comfortable after that point. Then the unprofessionalism began. I had to hold my own foils and hand them to her, which I've never had to do at other "salons." I do enjoy going to a salon and being pampered if I pay money. After my color sat, I went to the sink where I was washed and unfoiled for 45 minutes! While my neck was soar I had several employees stand over me and gossip. Definitely not relaxing at all. At this point I have not seen the outcome, but I had several people approach me, random customers and a washer, and tell me that they don't like when "dark haired girls lighten their hair." I was so offended, as I was getting an ombré effect, and it was my hair. I look at hair as a wonderful extension of yourself that you can have fun with. I was looking for a salon and atmosphere that would nurture that but not at this place. One woman told me "it was my age group and Id grow out of it." I told her I was in my mid twenties and it was hair I could always change. I was furious by this point. By the time I got to my blow out I was pissed with the results as my colorist decided to put awful blonde streaks at the top of my crown and around my face. We had discussed Carmel and chestnut colors, not awful white blonde. I was so upset after this 3 hours that I didn't even let her finish styling. I went to cvs a moment later and got color to correct it. If you are looking for a professional atmosphere where you can go to get a great color and be excited about the results, do not go here.
