I went in at 7 thinking 1 hour would be enough time for a full set. I wasn't sure but they took me and once they got started two people started working on me at once. By the time they were done my hands did not match up and I just got up and asked to pay for them the way they are. I went home and reshaped them and painted them myself because they were so bad. Aweful. Prices are vague and very misleading. The salon itself is cluttered and dirty, very unsanitary. I asked to have my toes and nails done they proceeded to do my nails while I was sitting getting my toes done as if they were in a hurry yet there was only one other customer in there. They also switched people multiple times for who knows what reason. A women asked me very bluntly and pushy if I wanted gel or design and when I said no she walked away upset and never made eye contact with me again. No one said goodbye or even thank you when I left. Came here for a fill, was asked to choose a color I aways go with a sparkly gel no matter where I go. She showed me the color and then sparkles that were in a separate jar and asked if I liked it and I said yes. Thinking it was weird that the sparkle wasn't mixed in the polish. (Never have seen this before) She put one coat of polish and then dabbed the sparkles on turned out alot nicer than expected. Go to cash out, "that will be $40 total". For a fill/gel polish. I asked if fills were always $40 and she said " no they are $20- $30, you got the sparkles that's an extra $10". I asked why sparkles were extra and she said because it wasn't in the color itself. She knew she was playing me when she showed me sparkles on the side and that I liked it. Of course she was happy she was charging me $10 extra for them. After I asked about it she said "if you wanted color with sparkle in it at no extra charge pick from these". All the colors were mixed in to same container they should have them separated or they should tell the customer the insane price difference before doing it. Terrible customer service. Read Less

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a RIP OFF! The store is run down and dirty looking and their menu board was very minimal, stating prices for manicures and pedicures and polish changes.  I only went to this "salon" because I had a gift certificate. I took my teenage daughter with me. They advertise $23 pedicure and $20 full set for high school students. She is 14. Regular pedicure price is $25. OK, that's average. So we wait. And wait. Only 2 people working, a husband and wife, daughter had the day off. We soaked for a very long time, which is OK, but the foot bath water got cold. They finally sat down to do our feet and hurried through and did a half ass job to say the least. Didn't even put lotion on our feet!! I opted for the French tip paint as well did my daughter. She then sat down for her full set, also white tip. My bill, by their very vague menu and their advertised student special pricing, should have been $68. The man says "OK you pay now, $92!" I was like "whaaaat!? Why!?" Apparently because I got a thin line of white painted on my toe instead of a full paint job, I had to pay an extra $5!!! What is that?! Less paint and less time to do the painting and I have to pay more!? And the lines are not even straight and even. My daughters $20 full set was not $20, they charged me $32 and full price plus the additional $5 for the white tip toes. I said she is a student, the man says "doesn't apply to white tip!" WHAAT? $92 for a half assed job in a rinky dink dive salon. WE WILL NOT BE BACK and I hope others will go somewhere else as well. I visited Classy Nails get a full set. The shop was empty yet I was switched between two nail techs. The price on the window said $20 while I was charged $25 for my set, along with a $5 charge for the shape I wanted. I have never been charged for shaping at any shop but this location. After two long hours in the shop my nails looked average at best. I was incredibly disappointed when my nails began to break after just two days. Within two weeks of the visit EVERY SINGLE ONE of my acrylic nails had cracked and broken off. Extremely disappointed. Unacceptable. I will not be returning and I will be warning friends and family not to pay for services at this establishment.Read Less

Very displeased my self and my grandmother went to get a basic manicure on a Thursday afternoon. The lady doing my nails finished in all of 10 mins, did a terrible job didn't clean my nails, missed multiple spots with the polish, and vey unfriendly. No one else in the salon and both of us rushed out within 20 minutes.  The man doing my grandmothers EXTREMELY unfriendly her nails were loaded with nail polish, the man doing them realized he messed up, got up and left and had the other girl finished. Very unprofessional to just leave in the middle of the appointment. Not to add extremely dirty, witnessed workers push nail clipping, dirt etc. on to the floor. While getting our nails done the lady was extremely rude and just sat there on her phone wouldn't associate, or talk to either of us. Lastly very over priced I asked to get one nail a different color and $5 more, sparkles $8 more and matte $11 more than the already set price. Then the lady doing mine proceeded to do matte on mine without asking me until I stopped her and didn't tell me it would cost extra. Very disappointed use to be a great place to get your nails done, now it's just a big money maker and no consideration for the customers!!! :( Read Less
