Love this place. Zoe is the best, very friendly and attentive. They are clean, use bags on pedicure tubs and instruments are in bags. Prices are a bit high, but competitive, you get what you pay for. This is the only place we go to now, and we have tried the cheap (Walmart) and very expensive. We have done walk in and appointments, either way we have never had to wait more then a few minutes. I've been going here for over a year and in the beginning it was nice. Clean, sanitary and can always fit me in...which still is/still do. However, starting at the end of this month they will only accept gratuity in cash (won't be able to add on credit card transaction) and they can't get the shape of my nail correct! I ask for round and they keep making them almond and it's too late to correct them as I like the length and don't want more filed down--very upsetting, even when I show a picture. So that's twice now where the shape is wrong and now I'm expected to stop at the bank for cash for gratuity? I mean come on, who really carries cash anymore?! The lady who did my nails was very kind, but she made my cuticles bleed on 3 different nails!! I specifically asked for acrylic nails no gel, and she still used a gel powder causing me to pay more which was fine because they last longer, but didn't ask my permission. Read Less

I had the worst waxing experience of my life here. When I came home I found there was still wax stuck to my skin and hair, and the wax job itself was uneven. Half the hair was broken off instead of pulled out. I'm still hurting 4 days later. Read Less

I went here today to get pampered before my mom's wedding with her and several of her friends. First time we had been here and it was amazing! Max did a fantastic job on my acrylics. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he duplicated it for me without any issues. It was the first time that I've never gone home and reshaped or otherwise cleaned up my nails. Very professional and meticulous. Very nice atmosphere and everyone was friendly.
