If I could give them zero stars after today's visit, I would! Never have I Venn so disappointed with a gel manicure than with the one I got there about a week ago. After three days the first nail fell off while I was washing my hands. So I went ahead and called them up and spoke to Nicky, who told me to come in today for getting it fixed. The manicure was done extremely sloppy, the nails were as thick as a brick, and now another nail had fallen off. More and more nails felt loose and they were not even all the same length. When I went there today Nicky wasn't even available to begin with. The girl that started to take care of me had no idea why I was there and asked me twice. After telling her she told me to sit down and started taking of the gel polish. Wanting to make sure I asked if they are taking care of this since I called when this first happened, earning a confused look from her and telling no! I said to her that after coming here and getting the worst manicure in the history of ever it's their responsibility to fix it since I paid good money for it. She then said that they won't charge me for the nails they have to replace but the others I have to pay for. Haven't been in sometime but i was going here for months. They'd lie and tell me the airbrush machine was broken so I couldn't get what I want but when someone they seemed to know requested it on the third time I asked (I was almost done and drying) they used the machine for her. The older women are brutal, rude and gave me the worst nails I've ever had. The one older lady and very young girl even picked on my daughter who was with me and about 8 at the time. If you've never been to the one nail spa in niagara falls ny then you've missed out on a great experience! I've been there several times and ill keep going back! They do a great job and they are super friendly they make u feel welcome and comfortable !
