Pedicure: services sufficiently performed although there wasn't anything relaxing about the experience. I'm new to the area and my previous shop was detail and customer oriented, but I'm not picky or finicky. However, this experience was not about the customer. You adjust to the client when providing a service; you don't expect the client to adjust to you. The removal of cuticles was a prickly experience and I dont feel there was much effort put into callus removal and the "massage" was really just a light rubbing. Again, the service was performed but it wasn't anything that made me want to come back.
The shop: I arrived on a friday at 5pm on a payday. It was busy. But there were people who had appointments that waited an hour, the floor is littered with papers, the counters with wine glasses and water bottles. I was unable to communicate even the simplest thing-which toe was sore- to the person waiting on me due to the language barrier.
Please note: you cannot use a debit or credit card unless you spend 30$. A pedicure is 29$.
In all, I do not recommend this place.

We walked in, greeted professionally asked what we wanted and got right in. Yes it was very busy and almost closing time but they still took their time. Super clean and very well designed. We had pedicures and manicures. The best pedicure ever. Seriously. The best manicure ever. I'm very pleased and definitely will return. Pricy a little but for the service and the fantastic job they did I won't complain. I loved it.

Very rude, unprofessional,& disgusting demeanor. Was my first & last time visiting. Ive been getting my nails done for over 12years and never expierienced anything like this. After my fill "the owner" gets an attitude with me for it being late and because I didnt want the more expensive quick dry gel polish I couldnt get assistance looking for a specific color (which was a basic nude by the way!) because he was "closed anyway" Well if you didnt want to complete the FILL, it s...houldve been said that it was too late for the service when i walked in at 735! I paid and left with half service because the guy claiming to be the owner was a d*ckhead with a mouth only his mother could obviously love. He didnt want to give his name, but thats fine I will still let people know not to come to this rude establishment! Thanks for wasting my time asshole. See more

We had 11am pedicure appointments that were scheduled more than a week ago and waited over 30 minutes to be put in a chair. I was told by the owner it was Mother's Day weekend. It's not my problem when I had an appointment. Maybe the owner shouldn't overbook apointments if they don't want to have the staff available to accommodate those that book appointments. Will never come back. Everyone is rude. If the owner wants a successful business then maybe she shouldn't be rude and get an attitude with everyone that comes in to get a service.

This has to be the cleanest and friendliest nail salon I have ever been to in this area! The owners and employees are always super nice and I have never had a bad manicure or pedicure there. I've also just had my eyebrows waxed there for the first time. I had it done once somewhere else and had a really bad experience but wanted to give it another go. They came out perfect! Thank you! I can't wait to come back!

This is the most relaxing and friendly nail spa ever. Been here often. Everyone is friendly and the service is outstanding. They even serve wine and beer with your pedi if you like. Prices are really reasonable and they care about giving great service. Try it you will never go anywhere else.

It is, by far, the cleanest and prettiest place you will ever have your nails or waxing done. I wont go anywhere else. Call for an appointment or stop in...... you will be happy you did.

Went for Pedi on Friday morning. She was distracted w her phone the entire time. Nipped cuticles more than once. By Sunday my one toe was puffy and red and now There's clearly an infection. I noticed they didn't line the tubs to insure no bacteria from the drains but wanted to give them a shot. Awful. Will never get a pedi at a place that doesn't use liners ever again. I get constantly and now the one time I go to a place without liners I have an infection. Am now taking antibiotics for the infection. Paint job only good thing out of it.

I just moved out to NF and was looking for a new nail place. I went here on a Sunday and it was crazy busy. The staff did a great job at getting walk in and appointments in and out the door in a good amount of time. Kayla did my nails. Even though the place was busy, she didn't rush on my nails and did an exceptional job. Will definitely come back! They also have mani/pedi options that include wine and beer. How cool is that! Prices were about normal. The inside is beautiful as well.

Not sure if this is a new location because I had to create a page for it. However I had such a good experience that I didn't mind making it. If it wasn't for seeing them on Facebook I would have never known to go there. very skilled and friendly staff. I had botched nails from a different pervious nail salon. Not only were they able to fix them but they also did exactly what I wanted. Also my boyfriend took my debit card to buy groceries and I didn't realize I didn't have it until half way thru the appointment. They were very understanding when I had to leave to get more cash. I would defiantly go back, I can't stop looking at my nails. It was $32 to fill my acrylics with gel plus they had to completely fix two of my nails and shaped them all very reasonable

Gracious and kind would express in a few words my first time visit to this location. I am not from this area so after my search I chose Niagara Falls Nail and Spa because of the favorable reviews and now I too am a satisfied customer! These guys were great, efficient, professional and CLEAN. I would definitely go back again and my technician Troy was the best. Thanks guys you rock!

Pedicure: services sufficiently performed although there wasn't anything relaxing about the experience. I'm new to the area and my previous shop was detail and customer oriented, but I'm not picky or finicky. However, this experience was not about the customer. You adjust to the client when providing a service; you don't expect the client to adjust to you. The removal of cuticles was a prickly experience and I dont feel there was much effort put into callus removal and the "massage" was really just a light rubbing. Again, the service was performed but it wasn't anything that made me want to come back.

We had pedicures and manicures. The best pedicure ever. Seriously. The best manicure ever. I'm very pleased and definitely will return. We had 11am pedicure appointments that were scheduled more than a week ago and waited over 30 minutes to be put in a chair. I was told by the owner it was Mother's Day weekend. It's not my problem when I had an appointment. Maybe the owner shouldn't overbook apointments if they don't want to have the staff available to accommodate those that book appointments. I've also just had my eyebrows waxed there for the first time. I had it done once somewhere else and had a really bad experience but wanted to give it another go. They came out perfect! Thank you! I can't wait to come back!
