Nail Sakura is very meticulous in painting your nails and does a top notch, professional job. I always leave loving my nails more than any other place that I've been to. I think that the price is a bit expensive but I'm willing to pay for their quality. I also like that they offer calgel which is great for weak nails to grow long without breaking. Read Less

They were very friendly but I was not satisfied with their skills.. -They filed my nails too much that my nails broke after 3days and I could not do gel nail anymore (I was told to wait till nails get recovered in different salon after) -I got glitter decorations and that was not painted in flat. -I asked for another cup of tea and she did not change tea bag, just put hot water to the old one although she brought my cup to the kitchen. so the tea tasted just like hot water, not tea at all. For their skills and services, I think price was totally over priced. (with tip, I paid over $100) Read Less

I have worked here and highly recommend this place. It doesn't get too much more professional than this and whether or not some people agree because of a booking experience they have had. No wonder, if they are always booked and I can tell you that every customer is satisfied, leaves with a top notch job and feels better leaving then when they came in. If they wouldn't be okay with squeezing in a walk in and run the risk of pushing it or being worn out for the next appointment because if you were the next appointment, you'd understand and be thankful that she showed up ready and geared up for the next hour she was going to spend meticulously perfecting your extensions and nail art...no,... nails are not that serious, but life is and if you take it seriously then this is the place for you otherwise pop in to any shop for a 20 min manicure. Everyone needs a quickie sometime, some people live off quickies. All I'm saying is to understand what's what. Great service hands down the best work I've seen and by the way, pay the extra for the calgel, its worth it. Read Less

I walked in at 10am on a Saturday for a basic manicure. The woman at the desk told me they didn't have any openings and that the next opening would be 4:15pm!! I thought she was going to say, wait 20 minutes... There were only 3 other customers in the salon at the time. The place looked nice, but is it appointment only? No one even bothered to explain it to me, and it doesn't say anywhere on their website. It's a bummer that they couldn't take me because it is close to my apartment and could have been my "regular" nail salon.Read Less

Sakura specializes in Japanese style nail art. They do a wide range of designs, and only use organic nail polishes. I had previously gone to Valley Nail for a manicure, and while I was thrillled with the job they did, in comparison, Sakura is much better. First off, Valley's nail art prices were more ""vague"", and it also turns out, more expensive . Valley is not a nail salon per se, but is located in a CLOTHING shop. I found the owner there to be a bit er....less gracious...than the folks at Sakura. At Sakura, I found everybody there to be very polite. The nail art they did was terrific. It also doesn't hurt that all their polishes are organic. They also offered me tea, something that Valley did not do. And in ADDITION, Sakura's prices are much better. After getting your nails done, they provide you with a little sheet of paper that breaks down all the charges for the manicure, the application of nail art, etc. At Valley, the manner in which they came up with the total charge was very confusing...I suspect purposefully ambiguous. The only PRO to Valley is that they have a wider variety of nail embellishments to choose from (more crystals, gold monogrammed initials, etc). But I found that at Sakura, they have sufficient choices that you can get just as fabulous looking a manicure, for considerably less than Valley! Read Less
