This place is clean which is a plus. They have a huge range of gel colors which is great also. They're great at nail shape and for the most part are fairly friendly. I'm giving two stars because I like to keep my nails long. It's my personal preference and something that I have been doing for years. The person who did my nails was making fun of my nails' length, laughing, and told me I need to cut them because they're too long. I didn't cut them shorter. Instead I waited until they finished, stayed quiet and left. I left annoyed and frustrated. It's very disrespectful to treat anyone like that let alone your customer. My go-to in the Bronx! They are the best. You get what you pay for!I have never left disappointed, since they always do an amazing job. They are very thorough and hygienic.They have thousands of gel colors, with their matching regular polish. You have endless choices!I got a terribly done gel polish at a different salon a week ago because Marble was closed on a Sunday, and they were ruined before I even left the salon. I decided to go to Marble Nail Salon because the nail shop that I usually go to was closed for vacation and they were highly recommended. Upon my entering the shop I notice how small it was but clean, the women were very welcoming and professional. I wanted a regular manicure and pedicure and all I can say is Wow!!! great work. I came to Marble Nail Salon because it had the best reviews in the area near me. I don't love in the Bronx but have been visiting my parents more frequently, who live in the Baychester area. Im pregnant and have been looking for a healthier alternative to UV Gel. I arrived around 9:50 am and I walked in and was greeted immediately. The place isn't big at all but they literally have every polish color you can imagine. There was 1 tech was already doing a set of nails and another some cleaning. She asked if I knew what I wanted and I simply said no and she said take your time. Once I decided on SNS Nail dip powder she told me a tech who does that would be coming in soon and she literally arrived 5 minutes later. I was lucky enough to have Kim as my nail tech. I was able to explain to her my woes with UV Gel and Acrylic and she took that into consideration. She was super nice and thorough and gave the most natural looking nails. I LOVE THEM. Exactly what I was looking for. I paid $30 for SNS Dip Powder and regular polish, which is AMAZING. I live in Manhattan and SNS starts at $50. Everyone was friendly and the work is superb. This salon is fantastic! They do first class work, are clean, and extremely professional. I have now been there twice and this will be my go to place from now on. Gel manicures wherever I have gone (and there have been many!) have only lasted a week if i am lucky. This is the first place where they have lasted for over two weeks and looked great! Daisy and Kim were both excellent and lovely ladies to chat with. They actually care about their customers and making your nails great instead of just trying to get your money. Daisy is so nice and always takes her time with me! She even stayed late for me once due to my work schedule. Don't let the shops across the street with big signs fool you!
