Came here with my girlfriend to repair a broken acrylic gel thumbnail she had just got done here two days prior (full set of nails). She greeted and explained the issue to the woman at the reception desk, whom was working on a woman's nails (respectfully paused to hear her explanation). We were told okay and took a seat...sat for nearly 45 minutes before a male tech finally asked what she needed done (there were multiple available techs, some possibly may have not been competent in gel/acrylic). What poor customer service from "one of the best" in the area. Paying customers, new or old deserve the same care, respect and attention as the next.

Honestly one of the best places in Queens. The staff is really friendly especially Amelia ☺️ Very pleased with the work and look forward to going more often!

Honestly, the only reason I go to this nail salon is cause it’s not as bad as the others I’ve tried. I’ve tried every nail technician here for tips and while they seem to do a “good job” at first glance, you can also notice many faults in their techniques ie: nail polish on the cuticle, no cuticle trimming before applying nail, misshapen etc. People here would rather do a bad job than say they can’t do what I want. The place is clean, there’s usually a wait, but honestly I am never fully satisfied with my nails.
Edit: With enough persistence and attention to detail I got a filling today with Michael and he did a good job. I had to point out the things that needed to be fixed but at least he fixed them. They aren’t perfect, lol but the reason why I complain is because price shouldn’t affect the quality of the tips. I used to pay about $25 out of state for tips and my technician did an amazing, perfect job every time, no bumps, cracks, polish or acrylic leaks, etc. I’m not spending $40+ for a messy set of nails.

Coming to a new nail shop where It's closer to home, when I came inside it was very busy. The nail technician who did my nails were very nice . I am very cautious when a new person does my nails for the first time . My nail shape was great, however putting the acrylic on my nails could have been way neater. It looks like it wasn't pushed back enough. The pedicure seemed subpar as well. Not the best nail experience,especially 2 days before my birthday. I doubt I'll be coming back.

Came here with my girlfriend to repair a broken acrylic gel thumbnail she had just got done here two days prior (full set of nails). She greeted and explained the issue to the woman at the reception desk, whom was working on a woman's nails (respectfully paused to hear her explanation). We were told okay and took a seat...sat for nearly 45 minutes before a male tech finally asked what she needed done (there were multiple available techs, some possibly may have not been competent in gel/acrylic).
