BEWARE!!!!! I came here for a pedicure because I was getting my phone fixed close by ; first time at the salon and I definitely will not be back !!!! Do not go here!!! The pedicurist's name was Sonia and she was rushing through out the entire experience . I was not relaxed one bit.  I paid $25 for a regular pedicure and I was in and out in 10 minutes , everything done . I literally did not even wait for my toes to dry because I did not want to stay in there any longer than i had to. AWFUL!!!! I feel like i was just robbed $25 . I am normally a very good tipper however this experience made me leave her only two dollars because I could not even bare to give her a penny more. Read Less

You get what you pay for. Yes, This place is kinda pricey. But if you go to the other local place in the other shopping center. They don't care if you're happy or not. They don't hold up to coupons they advertise. And honestly they aren't always very friendly. Or go to other salons even a bit South on North avenue and I've gotten nail infections and chipped nails in under a week. These people make sure to know your name. Always pleasant and They always spend time and make sure I am happy. Plus, best pedicures in westchester. I've tried almost every single place. So worth the money. Ripoff. They charge $37 for a regular, absolutely no frills manicure pedicure and I felt as if my manicurist was rushing me the entire time! It started when I walked thru the door and as I was looking at polish she's standing next to me and then taking the bottle and putting it on my nails. I didn't ask her to do that and needless to say, she basically picked the color for me. Then, she tries to get me to use the "callous remover" during my pedi and asked about 4 times despite me saying that I wasn't interested. Oh, and I later saw why she was pushing it...it was an extra $10! To essentially apply cream to my foot; and no, she did not inform me that it was an additional cost. Then she speeded through the pedicure and the manicure was even speedier. I felt like she was tossing my fingers away as she painted each nail. And I have short, square nails and she actually had the audacity to complain that it was "difficult" to keep the polish off of my fingers since my nails were short. Wtf!? How about you not rush through it and then it won't get on my skin. The best part was that I dried my nails for a bit longer time under the fan bc I was reading a magazine article, and trying to relax...she then rushes up to me and starts staying "they dry, dry" and turns off the fans and literally almost shoved me out the door. This is even after I said that I knew they were dry, but that I was relaxing. There was another woman in there still, no one waiting to get nails done, and they didn't close for another hour, so no clue what the rush was all about. Oh, and they were very obviously talking about other customers. The only positives were that I didn't have to wait and it was very clean.I will not be back. Read Less

I would seriously recommend that you save your money for elsewhere. The customer service is TERRIBLE- they are distant, unresponsive, and oftentimes downright rude. I frequented this place for several years now mostly because it is very close, but despite being a regular customer they were still very unwilling to listen to any concerns or complaints I had. When I asked to speak to the manager, the server shot me a nasty look and ignored my request. Not to mention they are quite expensive for not any particular reason. Read Less

On my first visit to Vogue Nails on a Friday late afternoon, I found the salon nearly empty with plenty of manicurists and nail stations available.  I started by confirming that they take credit cards, since I didn't have cash.  I was told yes, no problem.  The salon was large, bright, and seemed clean.  A couple of employees who were not busy with customers were wiping down tables and cleaning equipment, which is nice to see.  After I was seated for my manicure, another employee came over and asked if I wanted a neck massage.  I said sure (only realizing afterwards that I probably should have asked if there would be an extra charge - beyond the tip that I obviously would give - and fortunately it turned out there was not).  The neck massage was only about 5 minutes before he moved on to the next customer, but I thought it was a nice little add-on.  The manicure itself was average.  At $12 I don't expect luxury or pampering, but cuticle grooming was rushed and not particularly thorough, and my nails (despite having plenty of length to work with) were not all shaped the same.  The polish job was fine.  It appeared they used new nail files for each customer, which all salons are supposed to do but many do not.  As is customary at nail salons, I was asked to pay before the polish was applied.  I asked to leave the tip on my credit card, and only then was I told I could not tip on the card.  I explained I had confirmed at the beginning that I needed to use a card because I did not have cash, and the employee relented and ran my card for the extra amount and then returned cash to me to tip the manicurist and massage guy.  So, bring cash or confirm clearly in advance that they will let you tip on a card! Best manicures and pedicures I have ever had. All the techs are talented and friendly, are both perfectionists and quick workers, and they all give great massages. The selection of polishes is wonderful, and they really can do all sorts of magic. I've gotten gels, silk wraps, and regular polishes, and I've tried most of their pedicures, which are all amazing and made even better by their massage chairs.Everything is pristine, as well: the facilities are immaculate and the tools are all sterile.  That should go without saying, but you'd be surprised at some of the other nail salons I've seen.
