Horrible work. Good customer service but when trying to tell the nail techs to fix a nail or change a color, they act stupid and difficult as if they cannot understand. I got my toes done 2 days ago and its already chipping. They need to do better, I shouldn't have paid $28 for peeling chipped toes including eyebrows. Read Less

Had a very good mani-pedi while on vacation in Tennessee. This salon definitely had more of what I remember about Southern salons compared to northern (a push for acrylics vs. gel polish). It took some time but it was worth it. I have had my mani-pedi for a week and the manicure has not ONE chip in it. All I have done is add one coat of clear top coat on the sixth day.Very relaxing. It was my first time here and the guy did a good job but charged me $5 extra for the acrylics I got even though at other places I got the same length (it's a pretty normal length for acrylics).Called this morning to see how much it was to remove the acrylic nails and it was gonna be $10. Can't tell you how they do nails but I what I saw of the customers being seen, it looked nice. I, on the other hand, waited an hour to pick out old nail polish and sit in the waiting area or be moved from chair to chair snappily without ever being told what was going on or when I'd be seen. Had both my little granddaughters manicures done on Saturday. Very kid friendly and adult friendly atmosphere. The young lady who did there nails was extremely patient and fun. My granddaughters enjoyed the experience and it was also very affordable. Read Less

This was a horrible experience for me. I went with my sister and the lady I had did my nails, which was pretty half ass and my fingers hurt. They are a throbing burning pain. I also got a pedicure and I was supposed to have a massage but I didn't get this either. I do not reccomen this place what so ever. Read Less

Not very nice, more rude and they don't listen to your what you want and do whatever. Don't pay attention when you walk in. Set you aside to wait and when you have a question dismiss it as if you were to have the plaque. Will not be back here that's for sure. Read Less

Well the reasons I stopped going there years ago are still obvious.   Embarrassingly nail fungus is an absolute.  They use the same "drill" on every toe bed.  I finally declined it today.  Now I see the same nail file is used from the drawer!!!!   Very last time I step "foot" in this place.  If you come for pedi ask for the massage  and skip the water bath.  Everything before the massage is unsanitary.   Although he coughed on my my foot and then into his hand before applying polish.  Just being honest. They took me as a walk-in and took off my acrylics to put a nice gel manicure on. She was patient, professional and asked me how I was feeling through the long process. The guy destroyed my nails. I just wanted my gel polish removed, as I was going to take a break after 4+ years of doing them religiously. He filed the heck out of them and now they're super thin, brittle and crack all the time. I even got gel polish put on at another place to help strengthen them, and it's still not working. Tried it for the first time today for a regular pedicure and manicure, a rare treat after a long workweek. The pedicure massage chair was the highlight of this entire experience. From the moment I entered I felt rushed. I was never guided where to leave shoes or hang coat so I just kind of schlepped them around with me. The pedicure water was Luke warm, not as warm as I would have enjoyed and I was never asked about the temperature but the worst part was that she literally scrubbed and exfoliated my feet raw. I was uncomfortable and jolting back but she was really into it. This was the most severe exfoliation and hard brushing of my feet I've ever experienced. Needless to say, I did not enjoy my pedicure (apart from the shiatsu chair). The lotion foot massage step was half-assed, not a match in length or intensity as the exfoliation step. The manicure was ok. My nails did not look buffed and I could still see some jagged bits but I was already so over the experience I didn't mention it. In my mind, it's like "you had one job. " The salon workers spoke in what I'm pretty sure was Thai and giggled with one another for the majority of my manicure. I know this happens all the time but it just felt especially rude this time for whatever reason. My hands and nails look fine, they did a good enough job. But the experience was not relaxing, pampering, well executed or even that enjoyable. I'll try someplace else next time I'm looking to treat myself. Read Less
