The absolute worst set of nails I have ever had. The only reason I strayed away from my normal salon was because I received a $25 gift certificate to this place. I went in for a pedicure and a full set. I've never seen someone take 20 mins to try to do a design on my toe and still not be able to do it. I wasn't finished with the pedicure yet and I have another lady come over to do my set and then kept pushing the dip so I'd be done faster. I specifically asked for the French ...tip with a red line on the underneath with a simple design on my ring finger, nothing crazy. She finished the white tips and wasn't doing anymore, she then got an attitude when I asked about the rest of it. Two days after I got them done, a large piece of my thumb nail broke off and now today half of another nail has broken off plus multiple other nails lifting up around the edges. I was there this past weekend, the experience itself wasn't terrible. The lady who did my pedicure was good, and it seems to be lasting. But the woman who did my manicure, who seemed to be running the place, rushed through the job, didn't ask if I wanted my nails cut or filed, short or long, etc. She GOOPED on the paint and the next day the polish wasn't just chipping, it was peeling off. Well first of all... only one of the girls knows how to do the acrylic full set nails. I don't understand how you run a business when only one person knows how to do it. So if you want to go with a friend I hope you are both not planning on getting acrylic or you will be taking turns and waiting a long time. I was getting my nails done and while I got up to wash my hands I come back and she left and is waiting on another person bc again she is the only one who knows how to do anything around there. Other than that they only know how to do gel nails. They are overpriced if you ask me. $35.00 for a full set of acrylic bc I got glitter polish and it counted as a "design". Never herd of that any other place I went. Not like I asked for a flower or anything drawn just sparkly polish. make and apt, and still have to wait. Rude service. Unknowledgeable staff. Overpriced. Awful experience. Called to see if we needed appt and if it was busy. We went right over and the 2 employees were closing down an hour earlier than posted. They looked at each other and said "I don't want to stay do you?"  Not great for business. Read Less

I've been to manyyyy nail salons over the years, and Queen Nails has won me over. I get the same nail tech each time (can't remember her name...) I believe she may be the owner? But she does a great job. My nails come out so clean, and even looking. Also very fast. 40 mins for my fills, reshape, paint, and dry time. Read Less

Received a pedicure and I have to say that my left foot is jealous of my right foot! Staff were so consumed with planning their night out and what they were gonna order to eat that the woman wasn't even paying attention to what she was doing. Didn't clean under nails, didnt scrub heels, and cuticle cream/softener only used on one foot. Oh, and I was the only customer in the store at the time. Read Less
