Probably the worst manicure I've ever received. They refused to give my little sister a real manicure and forced her to to have gel, which was hastily applied. Oh wow where do I start, I mean they are just terrible all the way around. Wife had nails done last week looked as they were the cheap press on nails. I have never had such an awful experience as I did today. I made an appointment for 1pm to get a gel pedicure and a gel dip manicure. One lady came up and she was very rude and kept asking me what I wanted when I already told the guys who was doing my pedicure and she gave him attitude as well. My pedicure was not very relaxing like they are suppose to be and my cuticles were not fully taken off my toes. It took the guy about ten times to try and do a French tip he kept blami...ng it on the polish, my toenails were uneven and very sharp in some spots. He filed my toenail and ended up filing my skin which caused my skin to be cut because he did it so hard and I was bleeding. Another guy tried coming over and doing it but when I told him my toenails were uneven and needed to be fixed he was annoyed by my response which they looked awful and I wasn’t going to pay for something like that. Then another girl tried to help and at that point I said forget it take the nail polish off that was on like three toes and I’m leaving I don’t have time for this. The girl tried to convince me but after two people trying to do it and it taking ten or more times to do that’s Ridiculous and I have never had an experience like that they do not even deserve 1 star. My toe still hurts and is swollen and cut open and it’s been since 2pm today that it happened. I was forced to pay for my pedicure even tho it wasn’t fully finished because I didn’t get my polish done they tried to say to call the manager and he will give me a free one next time but i don’t want to return I had to go to somewhere else (fashion nails in new hartford) to get my toes fixed and nails done which they did an awesome job. I got my nails done here and the polish bled all into the white because they didn’t wait for it to dry before doing my design. They were rushing the whole time and did a terrible job. I thought I would give them a chance to correct themselves so I went back told them I had been there days before and asked them to fix my polish nothing else. They charged me $23 for a FILL the first time I went, I went back hoping to have them fixed for free, I paid $15 and was appalled!!! I will NEVER come back to this place again. I was furious.. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy, I had an appointment made for 7:15, showed up at 7:05, door was locked but someone was working, when he let me in he said everyone went home early and he couldn't do them for me because he "had somewhere to be and is also leaving early". Extremely disappointed......I have always been extremely happy with my experiences here until today, my daughter has her first high school homecoming dance tonight and I brought her and her three friends to get their nails done and my daughter wanted tips for the first time and they look like they were done with a blindfold on, the tips look awful, the nail polish looks horrible and they didn’t even bother to clean up the edges. I can’t believe they thought this looked acceptable!! We will be searching for a new nail salon because I can’t believe your establishment let her walk out the door like that!! I always usually have a problem with quality wherever I go however one of their nail tech's Pham Than not only took her time but she did a great job. I even later that day was chopping veggie and accidentally chopped my nail and had to go back and get it fixed. She did it no charge! Highly recommend Read Less

Walked-in at 7:25, specifically asked if it was too late for a pedicure, told no I had plenty of time. They guy who did my pedicure rushed through the whole thing, looking at his watch over and over. Very sloppy nail job, polish all over my skin. within 12 hours polish peeling off nails. Went back told the owner all of this, says he will make it right. I love the people here, they are nice and if you want well done nails come here you will not wast you money. and dont have to wait long to be see anyone also. i live out of town and come here just to have my nails done and it will stay that way. my nails get done the right way and if i went some thing fixed or any thing they do it right then. they do not make you come back or wait. i always leave there with a smile on my face and feeling nice because they always make you feel like a person and welcomed. thanks for the good work !
