RUDE!, i dont usually get my nails done., i type At work, but i get them done about once every six months so when i do Go.. i don’t mind paying a lot for a dazzling set i can Wear for two weeks and go back into hibernation. I went for my set of regular acrylic, no gel dip or anything extra, and i showed her the design on my phone which she said she could do similar which is fine, i dont Expect them to be exactly alike but she tried to do something different like adding glitter when i said i dont Like glitter, after asking several times i agreed And i didn’t like it and had her remove it. After two hours and $75 dollars my nails were complete and nice looking. I went straight home to sleep. The next morning before getting dressed my diamonds were gone. There were smaller diamonds still in tact and like i said I don’t go often so i was Going to take it as a loss. Over the weekend the remaining diamonds fell off in a three day span. I went Friday. By Monday i returned to get them fixed , might as well i was There to do some shopping. I was sat down and the same woman who had done my nails began to fix them. A young male employee came up to us stating how I was the one last week that had the set of nails she took a picture of for her records and i comfirmed. He went on to say, “she’s putting the good stuff on your nails to make sure they don’t fall off again, she’s going really far for your nails.. ALOT FARTHER THAN I WOULD HAVE GONE..” i said I’m sorry? , and he repeated himself to be sure. I said WELL AFTER 75 DOLLARS I SHOULD AT LEAST GET THREE DAYS WORTH! And he said “oh, you got it” and walked away. By that time i was Upset because I’m unsure why you would come insult me passive aggressively to indicate the business has to spend more money to fix a 75$ job that lasted no more than half a day. Remember, i woke up the next morning with diamonds gone already. She finished my nails and told me to be careful, as if my own carelessness caused the diamonds to fall off. I would not recommend this business to a single person! I went there recently for a full acrylic set and I have never had worse service at a nail salon. The first night I stopped in was about two hours before closing and the group I was in was looking for two full sets and a manicure. When we went to sign in, the man at the desk stopped us, looked at another worker, said something to him in another language and they both began to laugh- after they had finished up he turned us away saying they had no time, although they did not look very busy. We came back the next morning as we had to do some shopping in the mall and it was the easier route. We got there and were seated immediately. The man that worked on my nails was very short and monotone but I chalked it up to a language barrier. I showed him the exact styling that I wanted my nails and he started. He was VERY rushed, did not clean or trim my cuticles and while applying the acrylic left large misshapen bumps and did not fully cover my nail. While he was painting them, he messed up a color, looked at it and said "Oh, oops you want this fixed?" He kept stopping to talk to the other technician next to him and had to backtrack a number of times due to mistakes. At this point I was fed up and wanting to wrap it up, so I just ignored when he made the same design on different fingers. The polish job was messy, lines were very shaky and he put the clear coat on before the under coat could dry and left marks. I know the other two individuals I was with had very similar experiences but I will only describe my own. A week later and my nail polish is highly discolored, chipped and my nails have grown out so much due to not having my cuticles pushed down. I can honestly say I will never go to that business again and while it was only $24, it was highly wasted.Read Less
