Perhaps it should not be a full service salon or at least have staff competent to do the job. Made an updu appointment for my daughter and myself for my sisters wedding. I brought pictures of a few ideas (as I was told to do) ...Now I will say, my daughter got lucky with a stylist who made her hair similar to what was asked and it looked great. I was not so lucky, I was first told my hair wasn't thick enough for the look I wanted, although I had it done before elsewhere in a... similar style, but I allowed him to do what he felt would work better- huge mistake... Spent an hour on my hair and I couldn't leave with how it turned out (didn't even get the loose, beachy waves I requested instead I got tight curls) someone else stepped in to help but I had to get to my make up appointment (which I originally made at same place but was cancelled because they didn't have a make up artist available for that day.) So I got my hair re-styled in 10 minutes- it was better but not what I wanted and just looked rushed- as it was. I paid full price -which I probably should have not but needed to get out of there. It was way overpriced- even if I loved the service but to pay what I did for an awful job is just so upsetting. I will not be back at this salon and I would suggest you don't go unless you have a specific recommendation of who to use and only if you don't mind overpaying for your service. See More Read Less

This is for a massage not hair salon. Awful. Loud, cold room massage room. The massage was lousy not worth $100, maybe $50. Like one gets in a chair in a nail salon, not a place that calls themselves a Spa. The dressing room was dirty, hairbrush with long hair in it. Dirty sink with mildew all over. His years of experience have afforded him the expertise I was looking for. Not only does he cut, but he also colors.
