I come here every week to get my nails done. Wen is the best! If you are looking to get a massage, I highly recommend Wen. She really puts a lot of effort into it.

Bad Customer Service. Went here to get a pedicure and arrived at 6:10pm during the week. I was asked to pick a nail color and waited 15 minutes and then after another customer arrived 10 minutes after...
Bad Customer Service. Went here to get a pedicure and arrived at 6:10pm during the week. I was asked to pick a nail color and waited 15 minutes and then after another customer arrived 10 minutes after me and asking if possible to have her entire face waxed, I was told (by the owner) that I would unfortunately need to wait longer and then she quickly changed her mind and suggested that I come back tomorrow Instead. What type of business is she running when you operate based on services requested. I was so offended and shocked by this lack of customer service. I have never been made to wait to then blatantly be asked to come back because another person wants service. Why didn't she tell the other customer that she needed to wait or if she can come back the next day?! I have been to this nail salon on three occasions and will never ever return! If you want to feel like a second class customer go here otherwise stay far away. There are several nail salons nearby and I found one within walking distance across from the cvs that not only took me quickly but gave me one of the best pedicures I've ever had.

Clean, hygienic and professional - Kinh and her staff are friendly and accomodating, even opening before hours to fit me in. Fantastic service - I don't go anywhere else.

She and the girls are so passionate about their work, they always make a trip to the salon such a treat and would never let a client leave without absolutely beautiful nails.
