I just left this salon in tears. I asked for a gel extension, but wasnt told it was going to be a short length until after the technician had already put it on my nails. I tried to be agreeable, she said 'It's better, you'll like it', but as she went on it got worse and worse. The gel was inconsistent and clumpy, the shaping was terrible, and worst of all: when I finally voiced I really didnt like it and wanted to stop, she snipped off all my natural nails while speaking about me in Korean. I understand Korean. She expressed how frustrated she was that she had to start completely over, and that was my limit. I told her to stop and burst into tears. My nails were now down to the nub, totally misshapen and jagged. I will be adding photos of the damage. My nails are now ruined so I'll have to go to another salon to correct this. When I confronted her with the information that I understood what she said, she went silent and then said that she didnt understand what she did wrong, and to come back tomorrow to speak to a manager. I've been coming here for about a year... I've been doing uv gel ($80 first time) ($51 for refills) at first it was lasting about 2weeks and a half! The last 3 months they were constantly cracking within a week. I decided I was done with uv gel I just wanted a regular manicure however I had 3 nails that still had uv gel & they wanted to charge me 25 extra dollars just to take off the gel... Never going back! (Not to mention they take over an hour and a half even with appointments) Read Less
