I first tried this place 2 months ago and gave it a 5, now that I have been there 4 times I will not be going back. I go to the same girl cici for my fill in and she does a good job..my nails never lift however she is very rude and never friendly. She huffs and puffs when I ask her a question or if I want to add sparkles, making me feel uncomfortable. I'm paying for a service and shes annoyed with me..totally unprofessional. The last time in I got a fill in with gel polish. I asked if she had LED lights and she said yes. When I asked her to get it because the ones in their desks are UV she huffed and puffed and told me they work the same even after I said I didnt want UV on my skin. She didnt care. Yes their very clean and they sterilize their intruments and use plastic liners for the pedicure tub but most of the staff have terrible attitudes and the pedicure was very rushed and not worth it. Came here to get the worst attempt at a french ombre fixed, first time here was impressed with how my nails came out....VERY. I also got a 10 minute massage while getting my nails done which was GREAT he even hit pressure points and got my 2 day sinus headache to subside. what a relief that was! Went to this salon today since it's close to my boyfriends house and I figured I'd give it a try.. It's nice when you first walk in. Spacious, relaxing music playing, looked clean. So I picked out my polish color and sat down to wait until they were ready for me. Next thing I know one of the employees SNAP their fingers in front of me to get my attention and tell me where to sit. So I go to the pedicure chair and have one of the men working on my feet... and the pressure he used when cleaning my toe nails hurt so bad. My nails LOOK nice but I will not be back. Read Less

I have been going to this salon for a while and used to love it, however the last few months my nails have chipped after 5 days (gel manicure). This last time they chipped after 3! The woman who did my nails rushed through while I was getting a pedicure and did my nails at the same time. She said she was using a "faster light" however 30 seconds under the uv is not enough time. This place is absolutely a waste of money! I heard about this salon through a coworker who lives near the area and said they've been in business for many many years. I figured I would try since it's walking distance from my work place. I made an appointment for a gel manicure ($20) several days before. As soon as I walked inside the door there was a police officer exiting the salon which made me skeptical but I didn't want to judge so quickly . I overheard that there was an altercation of some sort. I sat right down where no one welcomed me or acknowledged me. 10 min later the owner( forgot her name) called me "little girl, come here". Mind you I'm 35, I did not find that cute or flattering. I knew as soon as I sat down, I made a mistake.   The owner was VERY RUDE and did a sloppy job. She paid attention to everything but me. The phone, the other customers, yelling in Chinese to her workers, etc. .. I just wanted to get up and walk out She did NOT use a new pack of files/buffer and I second guess if the instruments were truly sterilized. I never ever had a gel manicure in 20 mins. I literally walked out the door within that time upset and annoyed cause I was really looking forward to a relaxing time...I'm also not the type to complain and make a scene. Two days later,3 of my nails were already chipped. I didn't want to call or return back but I wasn't going to pay to have it fixed at some other salon. So I went back and expressed my anger to the owner, she didn't give a shit or apologized. She basically told me she does gel manicures in 20 mins and if I don't like it to go elsewhere. Mind you I also told her how sloppy of a job she did and to polish my nails much closer to my cuticles. Also the woman next to me expressed her bad experience there and agreed that the owner is very unprofessional and only goes there because she works right around the corner, which I still don't understand why she goes... Anyways,the salon was busy both times I went and I'm truly amazed how there inbusiness.( I noticed it's mostly teens that go) So please save your money and go elsewhere. Even if the gel manicure is cheaper than most salons ($20) it's exactly run like a factory. My mom and I have been coming to this salon for years, very reasonably priced and excellent service. Ellie the owner, and Sunny are two of my favorite nail technicians there. I've never had a bad experience there, all of there employees do a fantastic job. I usually get a gel manicure and regular pedicure both last for over two weeks. Horrible nail salon. The two males who work there find joy in pushing your cuticles so hard they bleed. When I protested he scowled and proceeded to wipe up the blood with a scalding hot towel. The women who speak mandarin try to convince you to get gel nails for more money. I can't have permanent nail polish at work... What a horrible place. Read Less

Great nail salon!  Very affordable but keep in mind they up sell with extra time on foot / neck massages (worth it!!!!).  Not very relaxing atmosphere and great classical music. My fav place to go!!  FYI, Cash for tips. Read Less

Prices are great and overall a great experience. They have several different Pedicures, and price ranges. Plus, they're not over selly. Prices are downright decent and include a 10 min leg massage and 5 min shoulder massage at the end. This time I added a 10 min back massage for only $10Sanitary standards are high, they sterilize all of their instruments and open a new packet in front of you. Plenty of color options. The music is tranquil and it's a great spa experience. The one on one undivided attention is a plus, I don't ever feel rushed, even with 5 people waiting. Read Less
