Went in for a pre-vacation pedi. The technician assigned to me did a horrible job. Completely not into doing his job. Put little to no effort into the callous removal portion of the pedi. He was a big guy but I had to ask him to scrub a little harder to make a small difference. Then when we got to the polishing of the toes he did the sloppiest job I've ever had in my entire pedicure history. He kept smudging the polish and instead of wiping it off and starting over he just kept wiping around the smudged toe and applying more polish. I was not happy with the end results and all he did was say sorry. No attempt was made to redo or fix the job. I've had a lot of pedicures and I'm pretty low maintenance. Make my feet smooth and polish them better than I can do myself. Unfortunately this shop was unable to meet those simple requirements. Very disappointing. I will not be going back. Read Less

Came in ONE HOUR before they close for just a manicure. ..4 people cleaning and they literally stared me down  for me to leave and not wait for my nails to dry. Felt ridiculously rushed. Tip: go to TJ nails next to King Kullen instead...atleast they don't treat their ONE customer like cattle. Read Less

HORRENDOUS. Stay away!!!! The first reason is that they appear to be so sanitary, yet on several occasions, I have seen them reuse the tools that "appear" to be in a sealed bag. Second is that they very often mistreat customers. I was sitting in the pedicure chair, feet in the water, ready to go and the owner came to me and told me that I had to get up and leave and come back later bc someone just walked in for an appointment. WHAT!!! i literally had to tale my feet out of the water and put my shoes back on, collect my own metal tools, bc i do not trust theirs, and leave. NEVER AGAIN. This was my first visit here in many years since I live in manhattan now, but I was visiting home and wanted to treat my little French cousins to their first mani/pedis. I had always remembered great things and I was not let down! The women were so courteous and friendly! My cousins loved their experience. I know two of the nail technicians' names: Mimi and Ann. They were lovely. I needed a little extra callus work on my feet and it was totally worth it, especially the hot stones! Much better value than the quick jobs I get done in the city.
