I have been here three times over the summer , the first time was a good experience, the second time I noticed they were a bit disorganized with their time and workers. The 3rd time (right now) I came in for a manicure, I was told to pick a color and was sat immediately, my manicurist wasn't even sitting for 1 minute, she got up and said I'll be right back and started working on someone else behind me. She came back 5 mins later and start to file my nails (not even caring what shape, I had asked for square) she left left me again to work on two little girls (8-10 yrs of age) that walked in for a mani/ pedi and yelled at someone else to "just finish" my nails. The other girl was really nice and tried to fix the hacked up job the 1st woman had started. This place sucks, don't even waste you're money/time. I gave 1 star because of the ONE employee here but this place deserves ZERO stars. Read Less

Personnel is rude, ridiculing customers, unprofessional, fighting physically over tips, tearing the one dollar bills from each other hands. Work on the customer 10 minute instead of half an hour, and doesn't finish properly the pedicure or manicure, but cover their sloppy job with nail polish. Over charge customers, using the good will of the customer, and dubious pretext to do it. Read Less
