Got my nail done last week for the first time in this place. Surprisely the technician and all the staff was incredibly so professional compare to some other place in areas which I’ve gone to. The place was very cleans, they have everything you need including the massage chair which you can massage your back while waiting. The price was very fair. Yes! I had my manicure and pedicure done before I attended to my friend’s wedding more than a week already. Surprisingly my nails still look shiny and like new. I have tried many great nail salons in New York City near where I work. Normally my nails start pelling off within three days. Under new owner and new management. This place looks absolutely beautiful. All the equipments and products are new. It is very clean. The nail technicians are very nice and professional. Daughter had acrylic nails done.  She was not happy. While having nails done, she expressed her issues to them, they did nothing.  She even told them that she would pay extra to make them longer because that's what she expressed in the beginning.  They cut her in several different places and each nail is a different length.  Not only that, but the nails are now lifting only two days later.  She went back requesting they correct or provide refund.  They refused. I went to place asking that they make it right, they did nothing.  They told us that they could take the nails off, but charge $10. I asked how can you charge when a customer is not satisfied with the service.  They basically told us to get out while being disrespectful and calling me "honey."  I do not recommend this place in any way shape or form.  Customer service is horrible!!! Only do a pedicure here NOT a manicure or anything else to do with your hands. I've gone here 3 times hoping each time would be better, but it has gotten worse. How do you not know how to simply paint nails? Or properly remove previous nail polish? They always come 30 minutes late. After i waited more then 30 minutes for them to get here. When i showed him a simple design i wanted he said they dont know how to do any types of design, that if i wanted designs i would have to go to middle town. He did my acrylic nails uneven n out of shApe, he had n attitude the whole time he was even complaining of a simple black french tip he was making me. Very unprofessional and rude. I JUST CAME FROM GETTING A PEDICURE AND THE GIRL CUT THE SKIN IN TWO TOES WHILE CLIPPING MY NAILS. THERE WAS A TINY BIT OF BLOOD AND SHE PUT CLEAR NAIL POLISH TO STOP THE BLEEDING. IT HURT WHEN SHE CUT ME BUT I DIDNT REALIZE THE EXTENT OF THE DAMAGE UNTIL I LEFT AND SOMEONE POINTED OUT THAT I WAS LEAVING A TRAIL OF BLOOD. I CALLED AND SHE TOLD ME: "YOU COME BACK, I FIX."
