I'm really shocked that there are so many bad reviews at this place when it is phenomenal! I'm here for my second time and the service has been nothing short of amazing. The ladies are so friendly and really take their time. I didn't feel rushed during my manicure and pedicure. The place is clean and they use liners in the pedicure spas. I must say I almost didn't come because of the reviews. Then I think about how frustrated we get at my job hair salonWhen people write a bad review and it isn't true SO I gave this place a try because it's in convenient location for me. I should have known not to stay here... Soon as I walked in all I smelled was dirty fish tank. I also noticed this place wasn't the cleanest of places. I was not happy with the way my nail polish came out. Majority of the polishes were dried out. I rather travel to Sufferns "Very Nail Salon" for the price I paid as well, at least there I get a massage when my nails are put to dry. All I received was a less than basic mani/ pedicure today... If I could give zero stars, I would. In two words, I can sum up my experience. They SUCK! The owners daughter treats the staff like garbage, they flit from you to other customers ALL. THE. TIME! They do not listen to your concerns, or requests. They may be cheaper than other salons, but ladies, always remember!! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Then you have to look at it for a couple of weeks. If you like sloppy, impersonal and rushed service, then come to Annie's. I went here with my daughter for a gel manicure for me and a regular manicure for her. The man who did my manicure barely communicated with me. For a minute, I felt like I had the cooties. He rushed thru my gel manicure, barely touching my cuticles and poorly applying the polish. Before finishing, he passed me off to his coworker so he could tend to another customer's pedicure. The gel is supposed to last at least a week. I had to repair a chip elsewhere after 3 days.I think the only thing keeping their doors open is their tanning booths. What a disgraceful place. Read Less

Got a haircut yesterday. I was nervous, my hair is thick and curly. I've had bad haircuts where the ends are not cut right and all the weight of my hair is at the bottom, making me look like an umbrella. I sat quietly watching a cutting style that was new to me. I was such a bundle of nerves the whole time. Even though I loved my haircut the trauma of trying a new place was overwhelming. I went out to dinner and my husband loved my hair...I do too. Got a hair cut here because Asian hair can be stubborn and hard to cut. They cut it exactly the way I wanted and took the time to get it perfect. The service is great and they take care in their work. Would recommend for anyone to get a hair cut at. I can't speak for the nails and tanning part, but the employees and the place are all great!Read Less

I went to get my eyebrows waxed the other day. The lady told me for $3 more I could get them threaded. I said sure since I had wanted to try that. I explained to her I had let my eyebrows grow out and I wanted them thick. Well guess what she did?! She made one sort of okay. It is a decent shape but super thin....The other one is thin and shapeless(so gross), and so much shorter then the other. I look crazy with two complete different shaped brows! The girl must of new she messed up! She didn't even hold the mirror to show me when she had finished. So not knowing yet that my eyebrows were screwed up I got a manicure. It was horrible. I am not even joking when I say she picked up her phone over 8 times while she was doing my nails.... When I got in my car I looked in the mirror and cried. If i had went in to complain I probably would of killed her! My eyebrows were crazy and she had left hair scattered hair all over my face from my eye brows. This salon is a complete dump! I will never go there again. I would not recommend this place to someone I hated! I am so upset about my eye brows:/ I hope they grow back fast:/ Read Less
