I've been coming here for a couple of years. The quality and cleanliness are great. They are pricey. This evening, after getting out of work late, I asked if they could accommodate me for a manicure, pedicure, and waxing. They said it was not an issue. At the end, I was rushed out. They don't seem to cater to people who aren't white and rich. I'm very disappointed. At one point, one of the elderly ladies asked a Hispanic worker to ask me how I wanted my eyebrows done. The place is clean and has lots of colors to choose from but the service is terrible.  The person who did my nails and eyebrow waxing was not fit to work at a nail salon.  This was my first visit here and I will never go back again.  This is the only place I went to have my eyebrows waxed with the person not bothering to blow and cool down the wax.  She nearly burnt me!! When I said ouch, she did not say sorry nor did she do anything different.   She did not pluck nor trim it either.   She moved so fast on my nails and eyebrows despite the very few numbers of customers present.  It was like a race to get me out.  The employees here are not as friendly too compared to other nail salons I've been to.  My little pinky toes were not fully painted.  I am not the type to speak up but for sure I will not go back to this place despite its proximity to where I live.  What a big disappointment! Exceptional spa and manicure services! This is by far the cleanest and best nail salon I have ever gone to in westchester! There are many around here but by far they are the most skilled and cleanest place I have ever gone to. I'm a very immaculate person and I don't mind going a few extra miles to be pampered by the friendly staff here and not to mention getting great service... I highly recommend this salon. Read Less
