I love this nail place. They do such a good job and they are clean. Very very big inside. What I don’t like is the price. I spend $45-50 on something I spend $30-35 everywhere else. An acrylic fill in...
I love this nail place. They do such a good job and they are clean. Very very big inside. What I don’t like is the price. I spend $45-50 on something I spend $30-35 everywhere else. An acrylic fill in is $30 and gel polish is $15. That’s crazy especially because every nail place I have been to charges $10 for gel polish and a fill in ranges from $20-25. I’m paying way too much for something plain with no design. Also the owner complains about tips. I give $8. And when my nail tech gave it to the owner because they give all of their tips to her she looked at me and said “only $8. Really?” I really love the job they do but I wil not go back. I’ve never been somewhere with prices that high

this place WAS good when they first opened but they’ve become such low quality and they rush through your nails. I will never be coming here anymore. I just left after having the WORST acrylic experience. The man doing my nails ripped a slice of skin off the side of my thumb which was stuck to acrylic. It was bleeding and he continued to cover my raw skin with nail polish and top coat while it was burning like crazy and turning bright red. 3 of my nails are bleeding and my thumb is still throbbing about an hour later. I wouldn’t be surprised if I get an infection.

Very rude there. They quickly jump on you, pick a color, pick a color. Then you just sit there, and get ignored so we just walked out. They didnt seem to care. It is beautiful inside and very nicely...
Very rude there. They quickly jump on you, pick a color, pick a color. Then you just sit there, and get ignored so we just walked out. They didnt seem to care. It is beautiful inside and very nicely decorated, but we deserve to be appreciated as customers. I stopped going there because of this and went back only to realize that it hasnt changed

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! When they first opened they were ok. They lured us in by saying how clean they are. They are now just like all others - actually worse.
ALL of they rip your cuticles off - not carefully cut them, then they file down, not only your nails, but your cuticles as well. Then they throw on nail polish so fast, you're lucky if the entire nail is covered, most times it is not.
They water down the nail polish so that it doesn't cover properly. The woman next to me said the same thing happened to her the last 3 times she went - all different polishes.
I find them to be snarky and/or nasty. Moving on...

Really like this place, although when I went in to get my nails done the person clearly was annoyed to be doing my pedicure. Today I'm not a happy customer

Large place, plenty of pedi and mani chairs so you should never have to wait too long but they definitely get busy. They do a nice job, but some techs good be better. Also when making an appointment and requesting a specific girl to do them and then you come in and shes not available is disappointing. Felt like there was no point in making an appt or requesting who I wanted.

I love this nail place. They do such a good job and they are clean. Very very big inside. What I don’t like is the price. I spend $45-50 on something I spend $30-35 everywhere else. An acrylic fill in is $30 and gel polish is $15. That’s crazy especially because every nail place I have been to charges $10 for gel polish and a fill in ranges from $20-25. this place WAS good when they first opened but they’ve become such low quality and they rush through your nails. I will never be coming here anymore. I just left after having the WORST acrylic experience. The man doing my nails ripped a slice of skin off the side of my thumb which was stuck to acrylic. It was bleeding and he continued to cover my raw skin with nail polish and top coat while it was burning like crazy and turning bright red. 3 of my nails are bleeding and my thumb is still throbbing about an hour later. I wouldn’t be surprised if I get an infection.

Very rude there. They quickly jump on you, pick a color, pick a color. Then you just sit there, and get ignored so we just walked out. They didnt seem to care. It is beautiful inside and very nicely decorated, but we deserve to be appreciated as customers. I stopped going there because of this and went back only to realize that it hasnt changed

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! When they first opened they were ok. They lured us in by saying how clean they are. They are now just like all others - actually worse.
ALL of they rip your cuticles off - not carefully cut them, then they file down, not only your nails, but your cuticles as well. Then they throw on nail polish so fast, you're lucky if the entire nail is covered, most times it is not.
