I went there today and paid 160 dollars for my nails feet and eyebrows. I also took my 6 yr old daughter and just for her they charged me 55..i have never in my life paid 160 bucks for any service..i didn't ask for gel tip.i asked for fill set acrylic..And cause I really didn't understand them I didn't know just for that was 60.. 7 PM on Tuesday night me and my sister decided to go get our nails done. Top nail closes at eight but they took us in at 7:30 anyways. We both got full sets of acrylic with gel nail polish. Went in for a full set and showed the guy a picture of the shape I wanted, he assured me he could do it. Well the shape of my nails are all different! Some oval, some pointed, some squared and oval at the same time! Wish I could show a picture! They suck! And he charged me extra for this “shape”! Didn’t say two words to me the entire time I was there. I was so pissed once I really examined them at home! Couldn’t believe how a person would even let a client leave with nails like this! I am exceptionally upset because I came to the salon countless times over many years and have paid thousands of dollars on my nails. Today I not only received the most awful customer service but I also received terrible service to my nails. I explain to them that I wanted a spa pedicure and that I wanted a regular French polish with clear gel over top like I have gotten multiple times before. They explained to me that they don't do that at the salon while I'm trying to explai...n to them and a very crowded salon that I don't care what they normally do this is what they've always done for me. So after basically having it out with the manager I was so embarrassed that I left after paying the full $40 that I/O them And I have to pay somebody else to paint my nails because they wouldn't do it the way that the customer asked for it. Love this place! You can get in and out so fast. If you are NOT happy with your nails, you need to keep going back and find someone you like since every tech has different skills and styles. Went for a manicure today and my nails got cut extremely short! Then eyelash extensions were applied incorrectly. I had to go to another salon and then back top nail trying to get them removed as they were so painful. They were applied to my lower lashline and the strip of adhesive was actually on my eyelid making contact with my eye! I asked for a refund and was told I had an allergic reaction so no refund ...BS! Booked an appt for French gel fill ins. I was seated at Stevens table. He was very polite, talkative and helpful. I asked him how long he has been working in this profession he says over 20 years. His work was quicker than I anticipated it to be. He also listened to everything I asked for. I asked for my nails to be thinner, more of a round pointed, and for a super curvy natural looking white tip. I will add a before photo, a photo of what I wanted, and lastly the finish product. sloppy lazy work.   got acrylics and my nails aren't  even filed straight.  he kept putting acrylic on, letting it slop off onto the table and then tried to fix the mess.    my manicurist was using clearly old sticky nail polish  and  didnt paint down the sides. there  visible bubbles and theres a hair painted into one of my nails.    he couldn't be bothered to push my cuticles back either so i paid 40 bucks for nails that look a week old. I will never go back ! My polish and manicure ( if that's even what you want to call it ) always look like my 9 y/ o did them .. The nail tec is rude always on her phone , and worried about who's walking in the door . When I tried to tell the owner about my issue she called me picky and said she will not fix them. This place is unsanitary And unprofessional. My first experience there was OK, but the second was bad. The man who did my nails could not paint for the life of him. There were streaks on all of my nails. My third time there will be my last. I came in for a simple manicure. I was told to pick out my color and wait. Eight people came in after me and were taken before me. They do not take you in the order of your arrival they take you in order of how much money you're spending. They do not clean out the pedicure machines and always try to pressure you into buying services you do not want. Will never go there again. Read Less

I have gone to this place twice this year and I am not impressed with their service. Both times I felt rushed and was badgered into getting some type of service that I did not need. The salon was full to capacity and the tech's were cold. I had a gel fill done and wanted to change the shape of my nails in which the tech was not pleased to do . I wanted an almond shape nails and she gave me oval, I told her that this is not what I wanted and said "This is what it is and that she was a professional and I was not" until I whipped out my phone and showed her what almond shape nails look like, Let say that the interaction with her was not pretty and so did my nails. They were pricey and I was not happy. Also, the tech was pissed that I did not tip her. I told her " bad service, fresh mouth.. I don't recommend this place. I was going to this place for several years. Their products are very cheap , they rush through your nails and my nails started to chip and break very easily . The woman doing my feet was on her cell phone not paying me much mind and cut my toe.  Thee staff is rude to the customers as well as each other.  They don't seem to like each other and it shows. Not very clean in my opinion especially the drying area. Odd selection of polish colors, with very few Essie choices which is what I prefer. The woman who did my mani was very unpleasant - never smiled or tried to make conversation. She did a nice job on my manicure but it's pretty hard to mess up a regular manicure. Will not return. I went here with my sister as a treat for her and me before her graduation and I regret it. The lady who was doing my nails for some reason was spazzing out because the lady who did my sisters nails was done before me. Why? I have no clue. My sister is smaller than me and has smaller hands and feet maybe? Idk. But she definitely made it sound like she was blaming and angry at me, weird.Then she started cutting it half-assed and square and I asked her to round it out and she flipped out again, saying, "you don't have long nails do I don't have much to work with!!" (Duh, she just cut them) Over and over. Boss lady came over and told her to round it out and she should've asked me before rushing through and trying to take a short cut to cut time. Lol. Next she started complaining again about how my nails are taking such a long time, I finally said to her, "well if you don't wanna finish the job I can go ask the manager to get somebody else to do it." She stopped complaining for a few mins,...THEN she lost the bottle of nail polish!!! I had to pick another color for my fingernails than my toes. Then she tried to blame me, saying "maybe I should play back the cameras to see if somebody took it..."  SMH. Lastly she was done painting and was gonna send me on my way but I was like, it's gonna smudge if I leave with them wet...she said, "oh yes for a perfectionist like you, you should come over to the fan and wait till they dry."1 star is generous. Fast, clean, professional nail salon. I was serviced immediately without an appointment. Nancy gave me a pedicure and manicure and recommended additional services that would make my experience better. Men routinely feel like outsiders at nail salons,but Top Naiil employees made me feel welcome. The owner stopped over to introduce herself during my manicure and was very genuine and warm.
