I called to make an appointment and the lady said she could see me now, so I dropped everything and ran over. When I arrived they acted like they didn't see me. I sat and waited patiently about 20 min...
I called to make an appointment and the lady said she could see me now, so I dropped everything and ran over. When I arrived they acted like they didn't see me. I sat and waited patiently about 20 minutes to see if someone would acknowledge my presence and at least assure me that I would be seen soon. Nothing. Two women working on clients' nails, glanced at me, giggled and continued to ignore me. A while later an older white woman came into the salon and before she could even sit down they were asking her if they could help her. She stated she had an appointment with Jennifer. I stood up to walk out and just as I opened the door, the one who had previously glanced my way and ignored me asked me if I wanted anything. I politely said "no" and walked out. Disgusting service and horrible behavior. If you're black don't go to this salon, as apparently they only put their best foot forward for "certain" clients". With all the nail salons in Middletown giving "The Nail Bar" steep competition, you would think they would treat all customers with equal respect and sincerity, since my money is just as green as everyone else's. I took my $130 to the salon down the block and got excellent service! I will be spreading the word about this nail salon in my newsletter and online.

was recommended by a friend to come here, and i was so lucky to have Manuela do my nails the first time. i have been coming back to see her every few weeks for my gel fill. she is sweet, gentile and always gets my nails in perfect shape. sometimes the wait is a little long even with an appointment but i don't mind at all because Manuela is so great!

I arrived 10 minutes late to my scheduled appointment because of traffic due to an accident. When I arrived I received some attitude. I'm now sitting here for 25 minutes after walking in and was going to leave. I decided to give them a chance and im glad I did! They do really great work and are very thorough to make sure you're happy with your nails before you leave.

This is the BEST NAIL SALON IN MIDDLETOWN NY!! All the ladies are so nice and they are all amazing at what they do. You will leave here looking and feeling like a Princess! I get the powder dip color manicure and it lasts for 3 weeks without chipping. I go every two weeks because my nails grow so fast! I hope this salon stays around forever!

I called to make an appointment and the lady said she could see me now, so I dropped everything and ran over. When I arrived they acted like they didn't see me. I sat and waited patiently about 20 minutes to see if someone would acknowledge my presence and at least assure me that I would be seen soon. Nothing. Two women working on clients' nails, glanced at me, giggled and continued to ignore me.
