I went here on 7/13/18 and long story short I am disgusted with their treatment of customers. There was a woman who had been waiting for a pedicure much longer I was yet I was taken first. When the woman asked why I was helped first when she had been sitting there waiting twice as long as I was. The manager told her that the tech doing the nails chose me because I would tip better than her. This was the second time I've ever been in this salon. I am white, the other customer is black. Another customer observed the whole thing and when she was leaving she addressed the manager and he said that the tech chose me because white people tip better. I am disgusted that 1, the tech chose me because he THOUGHT I would tip better because I'm white, and 2, that the manager allowed it to happen in "his" salon and then admitted it unapologetically!! When I was done I also addressed the manager and told him that he needs to manage the salon properly and not allow a customer to sit there feeling as horrible as I'm sure she did, and then to flat out tell her and everyone else that it's because the guy didn't think she would give a good tip. Do your job!! He claimed he told the tech that he "was going to cause problems" yet did nothing to stop it from happening. I am never going to this salon again or any that are owned by the same person. Apparently they own a handful around Middletown and none of them will ever receive my business.

Worst customer service ever!!!!! I just waited for over 20 minutes to even get checked in. 3 technicians walked past me, 4 looked directly at me, none of them greeted me or told me to wait a minute because they were busy. They just started talking amongst themselves and comparing receipts and cash and went on about their business as if I was not even standing there. They don't even deserve 1 star. So if you need a manicure or pedicure don't come to this place. The nail salon closet to the food court. Terrible.

This place is great! They are one of the few places that offer dip powder (ANC) in the Middletown area at a reasonable price. I went on a Saturday morning as soon as they opened and they had five or six people working there. They have a great selection of colors and the guy who did my nails was great! I also got an eyebrow waxing and it was very affordable and professionally done. I have lived in the area for a year now and after a lot of trial and error I think I have finally found a great nail salon.

Was going there for a while. Went there two weeks ago and my experience was horrifying. The lady was screaming and yelling at me because I complained because she was doing my nails the way she wanted to instead of the way I wanted them done. And she did one of the worst jobs I've ever seen. She messed up two of my nails and I told her it was unacceptable. She had to redo them and charge me for redoing them because she messed them up. The service there is unacceptable and they are very expensive for crappy work

I came just to get my gel nails removed. The woman used a drill on my left pointer finger to remove the gel nail, she ended up cutting my nail open. After that she continued to put chemicals on the wound, making it far more painful. After that I just wanted to leave. She charged me $10 for cutting my nail, they look terrible. Never going again

3. Unsanitary.
4. They man was drilling my skin ?
5. Poor quality of products and service.
I won't be back and I recommend Top Nail on 211 in Middletown.

DO NOT GO HERE! Worst mani/pedi experience ever for me and my friend. The water was dirty, the tools were not properly sanitized, all of the pedicure chairs are broken (the remotes for recline/massage) were removed and the cushions are so worn down that it's hard, bumpy, and uncomfortable to sit on. We also got gel manicures and the guy who did them did a HORRIBLE job. He just globbed the polish on the center of the nail. He did not polish all the way back to the cuticle or to the side edges (by the time we were able to inspect our nails and notice it was already dry and too late because he just shoved our hands under the light without letting us look). Lastly they are out of a lot of their gel colors but they don't tell you until after they've started the manicure. Their regular polish options are very limited and really crappy brands. No Opi, Essie, or other quality options. Overall the place just looks gutted. There is no upkeep for regarding appearance or sanitation/cleanliness. Avoid it or you will be disappointed!!!

I have been doing my own nails for years however it's nice to get them done by someone else sometimes. I moved here from Brooklyn about 1.5 years ago. I barely ever had time to get my nails done so decided to check this place out. Walking in was not a good experience no one greeted me or asked what I wanted done. I politely asked one woman if I could get a manicure she said pick a color. The polishes were in the back and were weird no name brand I know polishes. While in the back I was overcome with how dirty is was, it was overstuffed with boxes, dust everywhere and even trash. I was so grossed out I literally walked out. While walking out the same woman said "what's wrong no manicure" I said "no not under these conditions thank you bye". How are these places not regulated by the Dept. of health? In Brooklyn I could have closed my eyes and picked a random place on a map of nail salons and each one would be up to salon/spa standards. Still looking for a place

The professionals are very gossipy and mean hearted making fun of clients on site.... In front of other costumers... That is weird.

Also, they get real busy so they rush a lot.
For a one time thing is fine but I would not come back.

Worst nail place ever. I went with my sister in law who needed a simple Gel manicure she stood in the front for 20 min not one person asked if she needed help (there were a handful of other people waiting as well) finally I saw the owner (whom I knew because he owns half the nail places in Orange County) and told him hey no one is helping anyone over there he said ok I do something well he did nothing so another 10 min go by I go back over to him and complain again then a girl comes over and says how can I help I told her we have been standing here for a good half hour and no one said a thing so we tell her what we need and she ignores the people in front of us so I said no these people are in front of us help them first she says something in her language and says oh he only know how to do manicure not fill they wait. So those ladies were pissed!!!! So while my sister in law is getting her nails done he keeps getting up to do laundry and I watch he is washing the throw away flip flops and toe separators you get when you get a pedi!!! I told my sister in law she is never coming here again the place is dirty and very unorganized!!! Soo gross avoid if you can!! Oh and the guy who did her mani cut her finger twice with the damn drill!!!

I went here on 7/13/18 and long story short I am disgusted with their treatment of customers. There was a woman who had been waiting for a pedicure much longer I was yet I was taken first. When the woman asked why I was helped first when she had been sitting there waiting twice as long as I was. This place is great! They are one of the few places that offer dip powder (ANC) in the Middletown area at a reasonable price. I went on a Saturday morning as soon as they opened and they had five or six people working there. They have a great selection of colors and the guy who did my nails was great! I also got an eyebrow waxing and it was very affordable and professionally done. I have lived in the area for a year now and after a lot of trial and error I think I have finally found a great nail salon.

Was going there for a while. Went there two weeks ago and my experience was horrifying. The lady was screaming and yelling at me because I complained because she was doing my nails the way she wanted to instead of the way I wanted them done. Worst nail place ever.
