I've been going here since they opened a few years ago and each time I feel they are getting worse and worse. For a $10 manicure I shouldn't have to sit in my car and refile my nails or take the excess nail polish off. I went yesterday and it's going to be my last. The owner did my nails and she didn't even pay attention to me. She cut my nails on my right hand and not my left. Yet she didn't ask me if I wanted them cut so now my nail are really short. While she was doing the polish I noticed she had some polish on my skin, I assumed she was going to take it off but no she just said all done and moved onto the next person. Now I understand it was busy in there but clearly there's polish all over my nails. I was going to say something to the front desk woman once I was done drying but she was nowhere to be found. Nice staff and very clean! Chairs are comfortable as well. John did a nice job on my pedicure and manicure. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because they didn’t use the type of gel that I like. Read Less

Ashley is hands down one of the best at Nail House.  She always takes the time to do my daughters nails with such patience and love.  We absolutely adore her.  The nail salon is spot on all the time and they always go out out of their way to help us with anything. Annie who does my nails is amazing as well.  She makes my short stubby nails look beautiful.  I can't say enough about Nail House & Spa.  It's just so relaxing getting a mani n or pedicure there. Not thrilled. Visited Nail House about five times and each time I go I'm less satisfied. This time I had a pedicure (with appointment). My pedicure lasted about 17 minutes and I felt like my toes were being attacked with the nail cutter and cuticle pusher.  The place is not as clean as it once was, and I could do a better job myself in the comfort of my own home. Glad I brought my own polish color so I can fix my toes later.  They reuse the same tools without cleaning or sanitizing in between customers. Drive a little farther away for a more relaxing pedicure or manicure. Read Less

Great salon. It's very clean and spacious! You can definitely feel relaxation vibes as soon as you step in. All the workers are friendly and polite. They are very organized and really take care of their customers overall experience. I wanted an ocean theme design, and "Ashley" did an awesome job. She has a good eye for nail color. I was indecisive with my colors, and she was able to pick one out that I ended up loving. Her details were impeccable. I got gel manicure and it stayed on for a long time.
