absolutely horrible. I came here to soak off my acrylic nails and get a gel manicure. I asked if two hours would be enough time, as I had work at my salon that afternoon, and the male tech, who had never done my nails before, assured me I would leave with finished nails. since that didn't hold to be true, I had to return the next day in which I was there for another 3 hours. my polish was such a mess and had to be corrected by the female technician who still left my nails looking as though my 5 year old niece had done them. after two weeks, and many chipped nails, I returned and had hope that maybe my nails hadn't come out so great seeing as I had to sit and soak my acrylics off. this final appointment proved to be the most strange. I was spoken to in a sexually explicit manner by the male tech who then suggested he give me a full body massage and commented on my piercings and tattoos by using terms like "sexy" and "sexual". two days later (today) I called the store and spoke to the owner who told me to stop by on my way home from work. my nails had already chipped almost completely off and my cuticles were a bloody mess. seeing as I'm a hairdresser this makes my job difficult and uncomfortable.. when I arrived I was told she was too busy to accommodate me and suggested that I allow the male technician to fix my nails, followed by my stern response to decline his service. I then asked for a refund so I could go to another salon and have them fixed. the female technician REFUSED and asked me to stop back in another day... even though I have now already paid for a service that I am unhappy with. all around this nail salon has disgusted me and I strongly suggest you find another, ANY OTHER, nail salon to accommodate your needs. they are rarely busy and never seem to have more than one person in the salon at a time. after my passed 3 experiences, I understand why. Awefull ! Don't get your nails done here. And I'm not usually one to complain. But I was charged way to much money for a terrible job. I got acrylic nails and she glued my skin to the nails on three different fingers and the nail design was ugly and not even what I asked for . all my nails were different lengths and shapes. And she cut me like four times with the file. And the girl who did my pedicure didn't even get the dead skin off my feet and the French looked bad.Read Less
