Visited this location today with my daughter, she got a pedicure and everything was great - I chose the gel manicure and pedicure combo. My technician was named Michelle, and after this encounter I will never return. My pedicure was less than average and polish was all over my toes, but the gel manicure sealed my decision to not return and to write a review. First, the table was not plugged in and Michelle didn't 'like' the color I chose? I explained it looked 'off' because i...t mixed with the clear base coat and it hasn't cured because the lights were not on- she argued with me and finally proceeded - then she began complaining about me in another language as if I couldn't understand the repeated word color and see the eye rolling along with coworkers coming over to look?? Did I mention she got up during my manicure and left to wax someone without even the courtesy to ask or let me know where she was disappearing to? She was sloppy and some of my fingertips are stuck to the nails and the tip of the nail was globbed with polish which looks like a 2 year old performed my manicure. BEWARE and when I called to speak to a manager I was told by Ali that I could just talk to her ?? Really - talk about terrible customer service !! Waste of TIME and money rude beyond belief - now I have to pay for someone else to fix this mess AND waste an hour of my time wish I could post the pictures here See More

Not bad. I got a mani pedi. They took their time and made feel relaxed. I also got my eye brows waxed. The girl was on point. I would definitely go back.

Parsippany 359 Smith Road Parsippany , New Jersey 07054 Worst experience ever!... Manager was rude, spoke to me in a demeaning manner in front of my children all because her workers didn't show up for the day. They claim to take walk ins, but once the appointments arrive, they skip steps just to move to them. I will never go back and told all of my friends about this place. What she didn't know was that I am a physician and work for a few of the large hospitals in the area. Be careful how you treat people, next thing you know, you'll be on Groupon trying to get more customers to replace the ones you lost. Absolutely horrible, horrendous behavior by the manager! See More

I've been going to them for awhile on and off, They are better than Epic on a scale of 1-10 , I will give Epic a 5 and I will give Angel Tips a 7. I stopped going to Angel Tips for a bit again because I tried to go back to my orignal place that moved to South Jamesport but I wasnt happy so I came back to Angel Tips and I discovered They have some new staff,my last experience was much better than in the past, much more friendly and attentive. They changed the menu of the types of pedicures,highly recommend the hot stone pedicure. On a whole the charges for Nails and Pedicures are very expensive out here on the East End. and I am not happy about that but I don't want to travel for this so they have you at ransom. unfortunately if you want to have nails or get a pedicure your options are still limited even with the new choices that have popped up in the last couple of years. So as you have guessed I have tried ever place between Mattituck and South Jamesport and wound up back in Mattituck. lol

Just ok. Came for a pedicure and I think I may have been better off doing it myself. Manicurist was distracted and didn't really pay attention to what she was doing. I think she may gave skipped a toe or two with the cuticle clippers. A little too gentle with massage. They show a menu of services and kind of lose interest in you if you don't upgrade from the basic $15 pedi. And, the hot towels weren't even warm.

we went in to get mani/pedi's for a girls day out .. the Pedicure, foot soak and leg massage were wonderful. When it came to getting my nails done, it was awful. I needed a gel fill in and the person LINDA didn't understand what i requested no matter how many times i said it. I went in with a groupon coupon for gel manicure. I knew what it was and what i was asking for. Instead she barely shaped the nails and placed them under the UV with straight nail polish... my nails look horrible and then she started a an argument with me. wont go there again lust because of her. Don't even get me started about the eyebrow waxing.

Well, they certainly do RUSH you. But, I don't want to do my nails or toes myself and they are good in a pinch. Certainly not the 'spa' quality which, of course, you will pay for in the end.

I don't think the manicurist looked at me or my feet once when I was getting a pedicure. It took her about 7 minutes total. There was no scrubbing, and it felt (and looked) like the nail polish was slapped on. And, the manicurist kept deep sighing as she was "working" on me. She also had food in her mouth when she started. definitely not worth it.

Needless to say her nails were all chipped the same night.I couldn't keep quiet after I noticed the worst polish job (on myself) EVER. When I said something they all ignored me. The owner finally came over and re polished all my nails. People, don't pretend to "not speak English" when a customer has a complaint. This place is dirty, the workers are rude and rush through something that's supposed to be calm and relaxing.Beware.

The staff was not friendly and did a rush job. Anyone thinking about going there should pass. I went with my daughter and daughter in law and they couldn't get us out of there fast enough. In addition, two of the technicians did nothing but speak in their native language while we were there. We will definitely share our experience with our friends and neighbors. Maybe they don't know what a small town experience can do for a business.

I just had the absolute WORST manicure/pedicure of my life at this place. If I could give zero (or negative) stars I would. The woman who did my nails and toes looked about 15 yrs old, and she is either very poorly trained or extremely sloppy/careless. My nails are all different lengths, some cut painfully short, to the quick. The thumbnails are shortened to the quick at the center and the sides are unevenly and sharply 'squared', while other nails are rounded. The polish is so sloppily applied that it actually goes off the nail onto the skin on almost every finger and toe. I am going to need to do a home fix or visit another salon to salvage the job. A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!

Visited this location today with my daughter, she got a pedicure and everything was great - I chose the gel manicure and pedicure combo. I don't think the manicurist looked at me or my feet once when I was getting a pedicure. It took her about 7 minutes total. There was no scrubbing, and it felt (and looked) like the nail polish was slapped on. And, the manicurist kept deep sighing as she was "working" on me. She also had food in her mouth when she started. definitely not worth it.

I just had the absolute WORST manicure/pedicure of my life at this place. If I could give zero (or negative) stars I would. The woman who did my nails and toes looked about 15 yrs old, and she is either very poorly trained or extremely sloppy/careless.
