Ehh wasnt impressed got a decent manicure tho.. they didnt wash the foot baths after each person they started to later on as i was gettin manicure amd drying my nails cleaning around.. came with my mom but i cant help but observe nd watch things closely.. they push alot of upsell items and i hate that! All implements are just put in UV sterilization machine thing.. i was hoping new implements were going to be taken out.. i prefer nail salons with that.. i was asking if the regular pedicure got the paraffin and they didnt answer question and pushed the spa pedicures that they had paraffin since i asked.. ended up gettin $20 pedicure and it was nothing crazy.. the paraffin left my feet even more dry.. that shouldnt happen.. i feel like its soo hard to find a good nail salon.. the woman my mom had seemed most professional.. sigh Read Less

Stopped in for a manicure while I was waiting for a prescription at CVS. Won't be going back anytime soon. The staff was friendly enough but the place was cluttered and not very clean. The tools were in need of a good scrubbing. The manicure came nice enough and they put on three coats of color. With the quick dry it was $7. Not sure how long all those layers of polish will last without chipping though. Overall due to the lack of cleanliness there are much better choices in the area. Read Less

All I have to say is I'm disgusted with this place. I was enticed to go here because of the advertised $14 gel manicure I should have known better, right? Wrong. My friend had gone there and told me they were good so I figured what did I really have to lose? I walked in and was immediately turned off by what I saw, the sign was very old and gaudy looking and upon opening the door it just didn't look clean... Then I saw a sign that said "have your own kit for only $4.00!" What don't these korean salons understand... you should always be using new tools! Or at least properly sterilizing them. Why should I pay to have my own tools?! Anyway I looked past this and sat down for my gel manicure. I picked a color out that was in a bin of other gel colors. She got the color i picked and then proceeded to put it in the wet washcloth warmer. (Looks like a microwave, not sure what to call it...) Which I thought was very weird. But okay whatever, I still ignored it in and let her carry on. When I put my hand under the UV light (there were two, one for each hand) the light my left hand was in kept shutting off . She tried fiddling with it, but it wasn't working. I'm not usually fussy and I hate putting people on the spot so I kept mouth shut as she struggled to keep it on. She applied the color polish and stuck my hand back in the light, where it still wasn't staying on longer than a couple of minutes. I pulled my left hand out of the light to look at it and noticed the polish on my left hand was starting to kind of, warp? I don't know if that's the right word but it was rippling and it was very strange. I showed her and she showed the girl next to me and she started to rub it off. My right hand was fine. I didn't think it was her fault so I continued to keep my mouth shut and let her work. She took the electric file and began using it to get the gel color off... It hurt so badly I started tearing up and pulled my hand away numerous times. She eventually switched with the woman next to her and she finished my left hand. My right hand was done at this point. I was annoyed because I had sat there for an hour and half. I just wanted to pay and get the hell out of this place! She told me it was $25 and I stopped breathing. I was too annoyed to even function so I handed her my card to pay and she looked and me and goes "oh no, we don't accept cards." I was furious. The sign said it was $14 it was all over the salon and I said to her "Well I was under the impression by the signs that a gel manicure was only $14, so I don't have $25 in cash." And she replies "Oh no, color gel is $14..." So WTF did I get then?!! I had $22 in my wallet I handed it to her and said here take it and walked away. Safe to say I will never be going back here EVER again. My nails are so paper thin from the filing I'm in pain typing this. This is what I get for not going to my usual place. Absolutely disgusted. What a bargain! They do a great job for a small cost. Very clean. Why do I need to say any more. It's a great place. My friends and I enjoy Dunking Doughnuts which is next door when we go.
