The people working here are disgustingly rude! I got a simple, regular pink manicure and I got a worker who wasn't very kind but she wasn't rude. When I was done a sat next to my friend and she saw there was still dirt under my nails so she said to HER worker (who refused to tell me her name) said "oh that girl (me) told her (the worker) she wanted it left there so oh well!" So I got it out with my fingernail and she kept blaming me for it being there saying "well it's not our fault you have nasty nails!!!" I also got a lip waxing in which the wax was MUCH to hot, but got rid of the hair nicely with little pain. This experience was HORRID and I suggest you stay away from the witch-women that has bleached blonde hair and brown roots! Read Less
