They did a good job when I went. Friendly atmosphere and up-beat. But my nails chipped really fast. I got a Gel manicure and it chipped within probably 3 days. Witch stunk and I thought they were priced a little higher than most nail places I’ve been too. Sometimes it's best to actually read reviews instead of relying on good pictures to reel you in . I looked through the pics instead of reading the review. So I came here on a Thursday got a gel mani. I was excited because they had so many colors to choose from (SNS and Gel). My manicurist was not friendly. Bitch had an attitude was moving super fast. You know how they kind of push your hand when they want you to switch fingers. Anyway I went on Thursday it's Saturday now and my nail is already cracking. Have been coming in for years. The last pedicure me and my aunt had was abismal. They rushed through it didnt scrape the feet just scrubbed with the purple scrubber and literaly walked out after us to go home. Will not ever be returning was a waste of $35. Will be going elsewhere. Read Less

After going to another nail salon on Broadway in Massapequa and being fed up, I searched here on yelp hoping to find a new one. After searching at least an hour and many miles (I was willing to drive far, for the right place), I found one i believed would be exactly what I was looking for right here in Massapequa.  I went today and I was right! The owner Yuki at I Memory was accommodating, the salon was beautiful and clean and I've finally found a place that meets my expectations and is current on today and nail styles and creative techniques. Came here last minute after my nail salon was busy and I needed a mani/pedi. After reading some good reviews and saw the yelp offer I decided to check this place out. The inside is your typical nail salon my nail tech was not friendly and I didn't mind as I was too tired to conversate. The basic pedicure was  (meh) she just used some scrubby gel and file my nails as they were already short, she didn't exfoliate the bottom of my feet with any callous file or scrub for $20 I think that's a rip off compared to another places. Also I didn't like that they do not use any plastic liner over the foot tub. My gel manicure was somewhat ok but the polish was uneven in places. When mentioned I was told it was my nails ( I definitely believed she didn't understood what I was saying. At this point I was annoyed and just wanted to leave. Went up to pay and told the lady at the register that I will be using my yelp discount and was told that because it's a major holiday they  cannot use the discount. ( insert confused face) there's no disclaimer on their yelp page about the discount. They were rude about it talking loudly in a language I can't understand. Will not be coming back here. Maybe they are just nice to their regular customers because they were greeted warmly and offer something to drink. I just got a cold shoulder. Will stick to Gnails in Babylon Village. I've been going here for the past year. Almost always I'm happy with results. But you have to find your person. As everywhere, some technicians are better than others. Everyone is polite and nice. Always complement me on the color I chose. The best part for me is that they use clean tools. Plus, a few mins neck/back massage after 👍 You, also, can get 10% discount if you check in with yelp. I would recommend an appointment since they are always busy, which is a good sign!Read Less

I got better experience here with my Powder gel nails than my last one. They were so smooth and nicely done. The staff is so much welcoming and comforting. I would definitely be going back except for the fact it's way far for me. This place is highly recommended. Read Less

Left unhappy after pedicure that my daughter paid for for me, the foot spa wasn't working well, mentioned it to the girl, and just continued with my feet really just ignoring me, and hardly removed any dead skin from bottom of my feet ... One way to lose a customer or 2 Read Less
