I got my nails done two weeks ago, she unsold me on the dip powder instead of the gel ($43), and they chipped bad within a week and a half. I figured I’d go back today and have another manicure and pedicure. Started off with my toes, the massage I paid extra for was mediocre. Just rubbed my calf. Same motion. During the entire pedicure, the put the foil with acetone on my nails. I couldn’t go on my phone, work on my laptop. Nothing. Not to mention, there is absolutely no cell or WiFi coverage in the building.
Once my pedicure was done, it was time for my nails. At this point, I was in there for over an hour. I told the owner that my nails chipped less then 2 weeks after I got if done. She said she would put another coat on top. Additionally I mentioned to keep my length. While sitting there and her doing my nails, towards the end I noticed my nails were super short. She filed them so far down. I asked her not to file anymore. When I did, she got upset with me. She started talking in her language with everyone that worked there. I knew she was angered by me. Her tone. Body language.
I was really patient as I shared her with another customer getting her nails done. Kept flipping back and forth. Now 2 hours later, I had to leave and asked her if she could finish me up. That was moments before also - before I asked her to stop filing so much.
At the end at checkout. I left my bag, laptop, cellphones and drink at the seat as I paid. As I also gave out cash tips. Here the owner is telling the other staff to seat another customer where I was sitting. No problem but my stuff is there. I’m getting my purse on, situated to leave and the staff is pulling away the chair. I couldn’t have felt more rushed in my life. !
Between the poorly performed foot massage, to my nails paint dip job missing several spots, to the worst customer experience of making me feel like I was in the wrong for simply asking not to file my nails down to nubs!!!
Both times this month, I spent way over $100. First time was a spa pedicure and second was regular and still resulted over $100.
I am sadden to write this review. But a place of relaxation shouldn’t make you feel like this !! Read Less
