I got my nails done two weeks ago, she unsold me on the dip powder instead of the gel ($43), and they chipped bad within a week and a half. I figured I’d go back today and have another manicure and pedicure. Started off with my toes, the massage I paid extra for was mediocre. Just rubbed my calf. Same motion. During the entire pedicure, the put the foil with acetone on my nails. I couldn’t go on my phone, work on my laptop. Nothing. Not to mention, there is absolutely no cell or WiFi coverage in the building.
Once my pedicure was done, it was time for my nails. At this point, I was in there for over an hour. I told the owner that my nails chipped less then 2 weeks after I got if done. She said she would put another coat on top. Additionally I mentioned to keep my length. While sitting there and her doing my nails, towards the end I noticed my nails were super short. She filed them so far down. I asked her not to file anymore. When I did, she got upset with me. She started talking in her language with everyone that worked there. I knew she was angered by me. Her tone. Body language.
I was really patient as I shared her with another customer getting her nails done. Kept flipping back and forth. Now 2 hours later, I had to leave and asked her if she could finish me up. That was moments before also - before I asked her to stop filing so much.
At the end at checkout. I left my bag, laptop, cellphones and drink at the seat as I paid. As I also gave out cash tips. Here the owner is telling the other staff to seat another customer where I was sitting. No problem but my stuff is there. I’m getting my purse on, situated to leave and the staff is pulling away the chair. I couldn’t have felt more rushed in my life. !
Between the poorly performed foot massage, to my nails paint dip job missing several spots, to the worst customer experience of making me feel like I was in the wrong for simply asking not to file my nails down to nubs!!!
Both times this month, I spent way over $100. First time was a spa pedicure and second was regular and still resulted over $100.
I am sadden to write this review. But a place of relaxation shouldn’t make you feel like this !!

Gave me the most uneven bumpy and bubbly gel mani I've ever had. It was super thick to the point where it seemed like there was a wet layer in the middle somewhere and the color looked weird until it dried the next day. They trick you into paying for a rewards card.

I recently just moved into the area so I was trying to find a new nail salon. The first time I went here I got a great pedicure but the owner was very pushy trying to add on services and trying to get me to do a full set. So since I thought the pedicure was good I went back for my nails well what a mistake that was. The owner Mae did my full set and they looked horrendous. The tips weren't even on straight! She filed so quickly that she didn't even give the nails a shape they looked like fake press on nails. As I am paying she is busy taking a personal phone call, not even paying any attention to me. I gave her a tip and leave, she doesn't even say anything because she is still too busy on the phone. What happened to customer service? Needless to say I will never return.

Went here twice. The first time, one of the employees had their kid with them, who was running around and making a lot of noise. The second time, the man who works there had his large dog tied up outs...
Went here twice. The first time, one of the employees had their kid with them, who was running around and making a lot of noise. The second time, the man who works there had his large dog tied up outside the entrance... which did not stop barking the whole time. Needless to say this is not the place to go and relax for a bit. They did an okay job on my nails, but were understaffed and kept switching between another woman and I. definitely nothing special and no need to go back.

The work that they do is good quality, I went there today for a French gel manicure I love it..a few bad things, first when I was approaching the salon one of there a male worker was smoking cigarette...
The work that they do is good quality, I went there today for a French gel manicure I love it..a few bad things, first when I was approaching the salon one of there a male worker was smoking cigarettes outside in and out a few times, second it was very awkward..guess it's cause they don't know English but I like to talk to whoever is doing my nails just to get a background on them...she didn't ask me if she was doing it okay either but I guess she knew because I liked them anyway, price is a bit much compared to other places but for the quality I would still go. I signed up for the rewards 1 point = 1 dollar I'll see how that goes.

Terrible experience.Went to get a full set of Acrylics and will never go back. It was everything I hate about nail salons. The people were very pushy and kept asking me if I wanted gel polish with my acrylics instead of regular polish because it was "only $10 more" .. each time I told them I couldn't afford to add $10 to the already expensive acrylics and that it was not necessary with an awkward laugh and smile but they still pushed it about 10x and tried to sell it in different ways until the last second and made me feel VERY uncomfortable.Even though this was annoying, the WORST part was the actual nails. Each fake tip was put on COMPLETELY crooked so that when the full set was done, it looked like a wind blew all my nails sideways. It was truly devastating because anyone who has had fake nails knows how aggravating it is to soak them off and get a new set done so there was nothing I could do. My mom was there with me and she has had acrylics since she was my age (20) and she was laughing at how silly and ridiculous they looked. Wasn't until after she had to pay for them and tip that she wasn't laughing anymore and was angry that this was what I had to live with. I went home and had to file them all down to my fingertips to make them look not crooked and then 3 days later soaked them off and got them done somewhere else correctly.

Try to avoid this place !!!! I've been there a couple of times and from all the times I was there the lady there would always charge more than what she had to.... And they have a "reward points" which you cant never use. Every time I would go there I gave them my reward card and I was there more than 7+ times and never got a reward what so ever. Ohhhh and not to mention, all the workers there speak mandarin the whole time!!!!! So unprofessional ! I understand that they don't speak English like that but at least try no to be rude by speaking a language that we don't understand!!!!

Had a bad experience there when they first opened, but decided to try it again this week since I was in a rush - giving them the benefit of the doubt...I will never go there again.- Tools were dirty (already used & not sanitized)- Took an hour for a manicure and it was not busy- The technician was too busy talking to pay attention to what she was doing- Didn't get a massage- Overpriced!!! - My nails had bubbles and lumps in the polish- My nails were filed crooked and uneven.Very disappointing.

My worst experience at a nail salon. I asked for a full set of acrylics with a simple French style using gel polish. I even showed a picture of the shape of nail I wanted. A guy was helping me until another customer came in and he ran to her. Leaving me alone waiting. I was then moved to another seat where a lady was now helping me. Even though I did not speak their native language, I knew these two individuals spoke very little to one another about what I wanted. However, I did not know what was said I didn't say anything. She then proceeded to put gel polish on my nails without acrylics. I then said to her "Did he tell you that I wanted a full set of acrylics?" She then proceeded to question the guy and started yelling at each other! Very uncomfortable! Even though I insisted on having what I wanted she argued with me that this was better for the summer and was cheaper. Because I didn't want to argue with this woman any further, she proceeded with just the gel polish. Meanwhile, throughout the whole experience a child that belonged to the salon was running around, slamming doors, bumping into my seat several times, and screaming! This horrible experience cost me $40!

Sooo rude, worst experience ever at a nail salon. I requested not to have my nails buffed with the electronic handle, but with a nail file (nail bed is too sensitive because of a previous buffing after having done a shellac ), and the technician kept on insisting on doing it regardless of my wishes for her not to do it. I got up, gave her $5 for her time even though she didn't do anything when she started screaming making no sense. The other girl's face was in disbelief of her coworker ' s reaction and just kept on saying to just use the nail file....Now I know why the place is always basically empty.

I got my nails done two weeks ago, she unsold me on the dip powder instead of the gel ($43), and they chipped bad within a week and a half. I figured I’d go back today and have another manicure and pedicure. Started off with my toes, the massage I paid extra for was mediocre. Just rubbed my calf. Same motion. During the entire pedicure, the put the foil with acetone on my nails. I couldn’t go on my phone, work on my laptop. Nothing. Not to mention, there is absolutely no cell or WiFi coverage in the building.

Gave me the most uneven bumpy and bubbly gel mani I've ever had. It was super thick to the point where it seemed like there was a wet layer in the middle somewhere and the color looked weird until it dried the next day. They trick you into paying for a rewards card.

I recently just moved into the area so I was trying to find a new nail salon. The first time I went here I got a great pedicure but the owner was very pushy trying to add on services and trying to get me to do a full set. So since I thought the pedicure was good I went back for my nails well what a mistake that was. The owner Mae did my full set and they looked horrendous. The tips weren't even on straight! Went here twice. The first time, one of the employees had their kid with them, who was running around and making a lot of noise. The second time, the man who works there had his large dog tied up outside the entrance... which did not stop barking the whole time. Needless to say this is not the place to go and relax for a bit. They did an okay job on my nails, but were understaffed and kept switching between another woman and I. definitely nothing special and no need to go back.

The work that they do is good quality, I went there today for a French gel manicure I love it..a few bad things, first when I was approaching the salon one of there a male worker was smoking cigarettes outside in and out a few times, second it was very awkward..guess it's cause they don't know English but I like to talk to whoever is doing my nails just to get a background on them...she didn't ask me if she was doing it okay either but I guess she knew because I liked them anyway, price is a bit much compared to other places but for the quality I would still go. And they have a "reward points" which you cant never use. Every time I would go there I gave them my reward card and I was there more than 7+ times and never got a reward what so ever. I requested not to have my nails buffed with the electronic handle, but with a nail file (nail bed is too sensitive because of a previous buffing after having done a shellac ), and the technician kept on insisting on doing it regardless of my wishes for her not to do it. I got up, gave her $5 for her time even though she didn't do anything when she started screaming making no sense.
