I was very impressed with this salon. Clean, friendly staff and amazing service. Call ahead for an appointment, it is worth the wait. Try the chocolate-coffee pedicure, it is relaxing and you come out smelling great!
I can't wait to go there again.

Have given this location 5 chances at doing even a halfway decent job. Two men's pedicures, two women's pedicures, and one powder dip. Each time the pedicure lasted 20 minutes or less. The last men's pedicure was ELEVEN minutes and he left with dirt still under his nails. Each time the polish/dip chipped within days as well. Don't waste your time here, there are several excellent salons in the FM area. This just isn't one of them.

These people are wonderful. They're talented, kind and generous, very courteous and accommodating. I get compliments on my nails, which is liquid gel fill, natural color, constantly. Every time I go out in public there is someone that notices my nails and compliments me on them.

I have had nails for 25 years. But I LOVE this place!! So clean. Owner is nice. Sam that does my nails & my daughters nails is fantastic. Today, I had the mink lash extensions placed. (Had them elsewhere) The girl that did them was a DREAM!!! So soothing, like a spa treatment. She was amazing! I fell asleep! Highly recommend.

I've been going to Modern Nails since I moved to Manlius 4 years ago. I go every two weeks to have my gel manicure & pedicure with Julie. Everyone there are super friendly and very accommodating. They have recently remodeled and upgraded the salon which is very nice. Kevin works the front desk and does a fantastic job! He addresses customers by name & always has a smile on his face. I would highly recommend Modern Nails!

Staff was very friendly and polite. The place itself is decent sized and very elegantly decorated. A wonderful ambiance! I went for a basic pedicure. The pedicure chairs looked new had these gorgeous orange basins, and the girl doing my pedicure lined the basin with a brand new plastic lining. Meaning my feet aren't being soaked in other people's feet germs. I loved this. The girl doing my toes wore gloves as well which was wonderful. She was a kinda rough but very nice and meticulous. Unfortunately a day later one of the toes is chipped. She also gave a little foot and leg rub with lotion after which was nice.

Ooooh boy. This place has gone so far downhill.... My sister and I used to go here all the home when we were in town, and then we came in for pedicures a few days before my wedding. Let's just say, don't ask my sister if she enjoyed her experience. We were rushed, only got one coat of polish each, they demanded a check from her before her nails were dry, then basically pushed us towards the door. Before we even made it out the door her nails were ruined. Literally, the polish wiped right off as she put her shoes on because of how quickly they wanted our seats. Rude. Expensive. Bad experience all around.

Have given this location 5 chances at doing even a halfway decent job. Two men's pedicures, two women's pedicures, and one powder dip. Each time the pedicure lasted 20 minutes or less. Staff was very friendly and polite. The place itself is decent sized and very elegantly decorated. A wonderful ambiance! I went for a basic pedicure. The pedicure chairs looked new had these gorgeous orange basins, and the girl doing my pedicure lined the basin with a brand new plastic lining. Meaning my feet aren't being soaked in other people's feet germs. I loved this. The girl doing my toes wore gloves as well which was wonderful. She was a kinda rough but very nice and meticulous. Ooooh boy. This place has gone so far downhill.... My sister and I used to go here all the home when we were in town, and then we came in for pedicures a few days before my wedding. Let's just say, don't ask my sister if she enjoyed her experience. We were rushed, only got one coat of polish each, they demanded a check from her before her nails were dry, then basically pushed us towards the door.
