Terrible!! The person who i believe to be the owner did my nails and i was so disappointed . The shape was terrible the painting was terrible and not smooth. This place is way too expensive. Maybe because it's near penn station. It cost just over $60 for a filling and reshaping. They use the powder to refill. One layer of gel, a layer of powder and a layer of gel hardener on top. I'm being extra careful with my nails because i feel like after filing it down, it's almost as if it wasn't filled at all and i feel like they may break easier than usual. Especially because there are other reviews on here that shows the nails breaking after 3 days. I went on a Thursday evening around 5 and it was pretty empty. Empty enough for one of the girls to be sleeping at the first station and another to be sitting in the pedicure chair using the massager. I don't plan to return unless I'm in another situation like this where i had to catch a train at penn and this is the closest. If i didn't have to go out of town; I'd save my dollars and go somewhere else. Read Less

One of the worst manicures I’ve had. Rushed and no frills and to add insult to injury Patty complained when I gave a 20% tip saying she usually gets more! Then I guess because she was unhappy with her tip she gave me a pathetic massage and talked the whole time to a coworker. Please avoid this place as they are mediocre and don’t know how to treat customers. With so many places in NY spend your money somewhere where they care. Read Less

I dropped without an appointment by for a quick mani-pedi since this salon was a block away from the bus station I was taking. There were a few packages to choose from, I went with the $42 one which included a spa pedicure + 10 minute massage + manicure. The nail technician I got was the oldest out of the 3 there, so she was a little slow on doing all the procedures. I had a maximum of 2 hours to be at the salon, so I had to give painting my fingernails a miss because I didn't want to miss my bus. Nevertheless, she was pretty detailed. Nail polishes at this salon look a little dried out, but had a good mix of OPI and Essie colors. The package I went with had me started off with a foot soak, short scrub, lotion cling wrap, 10 min massage, cleaning then painting. Since I was in a hurry, I only got my nails cleaned and shaped. This was my first visit to this salon, I thought it was great considering the low price of a manicure & pedicure. The staff was kind and friendly, everyone seemed to be in good spirits. THERE WAS NO SMELL (perhaps because the weather was nice and the door was open). The salon itself was spacious and they were able to see me right away. I wish I had asked the technician not to file down the surface of my nails. I hope this won't damage the strength and texture of my nail too much after I remove the polish. They do a neat jobs on Mani pedis. If you want a deep foot scrub to get rid of thick callouses def try the callous remover treatment they offer. Their back rubs are great too. It's pretty cheap for midtown! The ladies here are also very friendly and welcoming.Read Less

I came 30 minutes before closing, and they refused to serve me because they had "no time" after only asking for a manicure. A white women came in after me asking for a mani and pedi, and they asked her to have a seat. I re-emphasized to her that all I wanted was a manicure, so why was the other lady being served rather than me. She lied and said the other lady called beforehand when the lady said herself that she was a walk-in but had an "early flight to catch." TERRIBLE SERVICE! I was "lucky" to have the manager/boss who shouted at the other workers the whole time and give me an expensive foot wash that didn't even last 10 mins. I had a full set done with gel polish and 5 days later they're peeling! They are the UGLIEST, BULKIEST set of acrylics I've ever gotten, and they're also lopsided! I kept showing her spots that she couldn't seem to fix. She also didn't polish the sides which I had to insist she do. Stopped in for a Sunday pedicure and massage as the place below my apt was closed, and this was a close convenient alternative. They were able to take me immediately which was nice. They definitely began to pick up as it got closer to noon. Color selection was solid. I felt like they could have been a bit more thorough with the nail trimming, filing, cleaning etc. but the callous treatment I got was excellent. Heals are still feeling smooth two weeks later. The polish is still looking good too. I also got a 10 min back massage. This was mediocre, worked some of the kinks out. Price for pedi + 10min massage and callous remover was $36, solid. Read Less

Omg this place is the absolute WORST!!! The only person who does acrylic nails was 2 hours late and thr prices are laughably high!!! 3 people "working" in the salon and NONE OF THEM CAN DO ACRYLIC NAILS... Its truly sad.
