Immaculately clean, excellent color selection including premium brands, great conversation with community members, and superior service.I've seen Jenny both times, and she's absolutely lovely. Her cuticle work and nail prep are very professional, and her polish application is perfect--smoothly covers the entire nail without flooding the cuticle or getting any on my skin. And my nails have been short both times!Bed of Nails is accurately and fairly priced for the amazing experience and level of expertise. The ambiance is luxurious and they serve you tea on a saucer. Finally found a nail salon I want to go back to over and over. Color selection is great for regular and gel polish! The girls were so fun and nice! And of course my nails look great, I can't find a single thing wrong with them. My nails beds are messed up from years of picking at them but you can't even tell now. I really love this place. The people who work here provide excellent customer service. They greet you promptly At the door. They offer beverages to their clients right as you get seated and also offer to hang your coat or bags. Booking an appointment and payment can all be done before you arrive through their website. Hassle Free!! Also the technicians (mine was Jenny) was super knowledgeable about natural and chemical free options for nails. The chairs for pedicures are regal and the chandeliers offer a nice boutique feel. I also love the brick wall!! Finally this place is extremely sanitary. They throw away all the tools that can't be sterilized after use. They use bowls instead of the water jet chairs for pedicure to prevent the passage of staff infections and bacteria. Overall I highly recommend.Some things that could be improved: the music wasn't great - I love Jesus but too much church music, it would be nice to get wine or champagne in addition to the tea and water options. I've now been to Bed of Nails twice for a fill in of my gel nails.  I am a fan.  Minique takes the time necessary to do an excellent job on her customer's nails.  The atmosphere is excellent, with the staff offering water, tea, etc. and taking your coats and bags off of you.  Ashley, the woman who sits at the front and handles the customer service front end of the business is friendly and upbeat.  I would recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a friendly and positive environment for their "me time."  My nails look wonderful, they feel way healthier than they have in months and I keep getting compliments.  I have not tried their facial or pedicure services but all of the ladies I've seen their having these services done seem relaxed and leave rejuvenated.  This past Friday I treated myself to a cat eye gel polish and it is worth every penny.Thanks Bed of Nails!  I'll be coming back. #supportlocalbusiness #supportladybosses #supportethicalowners Read Less

A few months ago i came back for another set of nails. This time I took my kid with me. She was a complete pain in the neck BUT the ladies handled it so well. Our nails came out great. When you walk in you're in awe of the inviting atmosphere. Its not fussy or crowded. But there is a great vibe. Great music playing softly in the background and the attendance offer refreshments.
