I went to Sway for the first time today. I had an entirely lovely manicure with Joy. She was quiet, polite, talented, and very factually explained the price of an upgrade to buffed nails. I loved my experience there, and will definitely visit again.

I'm swayed -- after living here five years and trying almost every nail salon in Manhasset, I have to say that Sway is the best. They line their foot tubs for each pedicure, and they provide a disposable nail file for every manicure, which is nice. (Other neighborhood salons will sterilize their tools like Sway, but then the manicurist will use the same nail file for each patron.)One of the reasons I love Sway is that it's like a spa without the high prices... ($12 manicure, $23 pedicure) Relaxing classical music plays in the background and there are 'quiet' emoji signs. Today it wasn't too busy and my manicurist gave me a complimentary 5-minute back massage while I was waiting for my nails to dry. And the hand dryers have a heat option, which is especially nice in the winter.My only issue with Sway is the fact they're not open on Sundays, which often is the only time I find to get a manicure since I work full-time. I'm going to have to make time on Saturdays since Sway has me convinced my B-list salons aren't cutting it! Thank you, Sway.

I would give it 0 stars if I could! I got a nail fungus from this place and I stopped going. Not hygienic at all! Their instruments don't come sealed in a bag like other salons and they don't clean out their foot tubs very well !! To top it all off.....they ripped off my middle Schooler & her friends today by overcharging them. When I went to complain they could care less!! Shameful & disgusting.....and dirty! Do not go to this place!!

I have been coming here since I was little and I really enjoy their manicure and pedicure. It is a very relaxing atmosphere and all the ladies that work there are very sweet and accommodating. They are also very clean which is one of the most important things when looking for a good nail salon. They also have a large assortment of colors and even vegan nail polish! Mindy is really good, I highly recommend her.

Sway, I never really appreciated you when we were neighbors. I just stupidly assumed that all cities would have a salon where mani/pedis were reasonably priced, thorough, and long-lasting. I figured most decent nail spas would be relaxing and beautiful like you. I gathered that all manicures came with a soothing neck massage for free. I was such a FOOL! I moved away, and I realized that I really lost something special when I let you go. True, we were going our separate ways- me, being a human being with nomadic tendencies, and you, being an inanimate salon that generally stays still.

I have been coming here since I was little and I really enjoy their manicure and pedicure. It is a very relaxing atmosphere and all the ladies that work there are very sweet and accommodating. Sway, I never really appreciated you when we were neighbors. I just stupidly assumed that all cities would have a salon where mani/pedis were reasonably priced, thorough, and long-lasting.
