Went there with a friend and we are amateurs when getting our nails done. Our third time actually lol went in super hyped because of the great reviews online. We walked in and we were barely greeted. We were asked what we wanted and shown to our spot. I got the gel manicure and it was uneven, sloppy, and still wet when I walked out. My person wasn't very helpful either. I asked if I could get my nails cleaned beforehand and she gave me a look like "hell no." I wanted to express my disappointment with my experience at this nail salon...I got my nails done at Rossy nails salon for the first time because my friend recommended it. I asked for acrylic nails and I showed pictures from their Instagram of the shape and how I wanted them to look. However, after my nails we're done, they were uneven, they were too thick and they looked cheap. I paid $44, she charged me for gel, even though I didn't ask for it. She asked me if I liked them.... I took a moment and I wanted to say no but she said "c'mon don't be difficult" I didn't ask her to redo them because my natural nails would get damaged. I expressed my disappointment to the owner, her concern was who did my nails, instead of saying "come back and I'll fix them, or at least give 5% discount on your next visit" and then ask who did them. I love this place! I go to Daiana for gel manicures, she always does an amazing job!! My nails look beautiful and I always get a ton of compliments! AMAZING job with my nails. Rossy is the best nail tech i've ever even seen. but the place is FILTHY. i've had multiple people even tell me they got warts after getting a pedicure here. i refuse to get one there now. they are amazing at nails, but i can't exaggerate how gross the place is. and they DO NOT SANITIZE ALL OF THEIR TOOLS. IVE WITNESSED HER USE CUTICLE CUTTERS THAT WERE JUST SITTING ON THE TABLE AFTER THE LAST CUSTOMER. This is why i rarely go here and hesitate to a lot when i do. Never again! Went there for a spa pedicure b/c my normal place was closed and I needed to get my toes done for a trip the next weekend. My toes looked great when I left, but 4 days later I looked down and several toes had pieces of polish chipped off. I called and got no answer. This is my first time here recommended by a co worker she stated trust me you won't be disappointed so I tried let me tell you I am so happy that I did..I originally had an appointment with Marie on Monday but called them and said I won't be able to come in today due to work they said no problem lets reschedule this appointment, so I was able to reschedule my appointment with Maribel because Marie was not available and I said No Problem, so here my experience I walked in to this pleasant salon and I was greeted by Rossy (who I believe she was the owner) OMG was she was so nice and she was talking to me like she has known me for years and she made feel comfortable as possible,so therefore Maribel took me as soon as she was done with a previous customer I can understand that so I sat down and I advised her my nails are brittle she listened to from my complaints of my nails down to the color,I picked out a regular Plain Gel Manicure and instantly changed my mind wanted something different I apologize for being a pain in the butt she said OH don't worry about it, I was just impressed with her kindness and professionalism on how she responded to me changing my mind, therefore she did immaculate job on my nails., she did awesome light blue with silver French manicure  and it really came out like I was a VIP....I live in Fishkill and it is so worth the drive for this nail salon and if you get Maribel as your nail technician ‍ u will definitely will NOT be disappointed and they have definitely gained a customer and I will definitely come back because of the professionalism and kindness from Rossy and Maribel,,,,thank you ladies for a great experience finally !!!!!!!! I had to go there cause my girl Lina was on vacation at Linas Nails.I found a lady Marie working there who does a great job but I wouldn't keep going there.The owner is not a business oriented at all and the staff always speaking in Spanish in front of the customers which is very rude even though I ca understand them.They are always running behind.I made a 11:30 appointment and 12:15 I'm still waiting so I walked out.The music very explicit hip hop with filthy language!Children go there and that should not be aloud!Its not a club it's a spa lol.I would not recommend to go there!👎🏼 Read Less

Check out their Instagram! I drive from Port Chester with my daughter so that we can get our manicure and pedicure. Rossy is a sweetheart. Who cares if they speak Spanish? Other salons speak they're language that shouldn't be a problem. These ladies are all professional... the music... I love! I travel from white Plains to get my nails and feet done. I only see Marie. My nails last so long no lifts no cracks no breaks. 95% of the time can fit me in at the exact time I need to be seen due to my busy schedule. I can go up to 6 weeks with out a fill if needed. Do not believe the HYPE!The most revolting nail salon in Mahopac. The owner was rude, not welcoming even after I told her I was a new client. She made no conversation with me while doing my nails, why? Because she was on the phone the whole time. Talking in a another language, none the less. My appointment was set for a gel manicure and pedicure. The women on the phone who took my appointment failed to mention that I'd be going to another manicurist for my pedicure. The women on phone barely understood me. I had to repeat myself numerous times. And she barely spoke correct English. My sister just recently tried Rossy for her nails and was not happy at all. We compared notes and it was exactly same. Rossy is UNPROFESSIONAL. Did I mention she had blasting Spanish and rap music.   My sister and I had the WORST experience. I'll never set foot in that establishment. If I could give negative stars I would.  My sister and I even felt like she was talking about us with her co workers in Spanish, Laughing as well. This place was horrible. I went in for a gel manicure and I'm still in shock at the fact that my cuticles were never cut. When I booked the appointment I asked for some one good and informed the person on the phone I was a new customer. And I was sent to the nail tech who didn't know what they were doing CLEARY! I have been going to this salon for 12 years now. It is wonderful. Everyone is incredibly caring. You leave this salon feeling refreshed and beautiful. I have always been treated as if I am Family. During my cancer treatments, they all went out of their way to help me in and out of my wheelchair when I was in one, taking their time rearranging various chairs, getting me pillows. There are NOT many places nor many people in this world who are as loving and kind to a client. The work is impeccable by Martin BUT today I went to get a pedi and fill in. It took two and half hours to get in the chair for the pedi and when I got ready for ill on was told I had to wait again. I left. Stayed from 2:30-5:30 and just got a pedicure. I don't live close by and drove out of the way. Not happy today. Read Less
