Where do I start????? .. first of all the first impression I had ( since it was my first time here) was .. "wow this place is filthy" (meaning dusty) wasn't able to see the instruments at that moment.. & very UNORGANIZED. To start off my pedicure was suppose to have 10 min massage.. it turned into a 3 minute lotion application (I timed her) then she starting cutting my nails without asking. (I only wanted them filed) UNREAL! then she had the nerve to leave red nail polish all over my cuticles and finger tips.. my nails were sharp & not filed down correctly I had to come home and "fix" the mess this women made me pay for.. STAY AWAY I usually go down the street but they were busy so I will 100% stay & wait next time to avoid situations like this.. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! Read Less

This Place is good depending on who is doing your nails. I usually go see Wendy and she is great but if your are unfortunate enough to get the guy in the first chair your nails are going to be crooked and uneven. He is constantly stopping to do other things so it takes forever for him to finish so then he rushes making careless mistakes. so if you come here just make sure you make an appointment for one of the girls who actually cares about what your nail look like Read Less

I've been here numerous times for a manicure and it was always alright, no complaints really.. until I got the gel polish for the first time there with a light purple. The color on it started changing to a dark brownish color at the tips, only ONE DAY LATER so I went back and they insisted they'd never seen anything like it before. I was a little offended when the guy asked if I had dyed my hair, because IF I had done that, I wouldn't have come back to complain. So he insisted on adding a top coat of a different color, which I'd rather not do because layer on layer is never good with regular polish and I can't imagine it'd be any better with gel but I didn't want to give them grief so I agreed, hoping it wouldn't be as bad as I'd imagined. Turns out it was, a couple of days later the black (new color I chose) polish is all peeling off of the old discolored purple and it's just absolutely horrendous. I'm really disappointed that instead of offering a customer something more than what they knew just wouldn't have worked, they did what they could so I would just go away. I most likely won't be returning here UNLESS I need my eyebrows waxed and it happens to be convenient. Read Less

If you're looking for an efficient, affordable service, this is your place. The salon is nothing "spa-like" or special, but they do get the job done. The staff is polite and they actually acknowledge you when you walk in (not like many other salons in the area). They always accept walk-ins. Their (Standard) pedicure is a very quick, efficient service, I have never had a spa pedicure or special pedicure at this salon, but I would imagine that a special service would be more thorough than the regular.  One noteworthy thing that this salon offers that many in the area have not started doing yet: they put a lining in the pedicure tubs before each client gets a pedicure and remove and discard the lining when they are done. The lining looks like a giant shower cap that in theory stops the spread of bacteria and contains everything until disposal. I am not sure how effective these really are but its gotta be a good thing. Also they use a new scrubber and filer for each client getting a pedicure. The pricing is lower than surrounding areas for similar services ($20.00 pedi $10.00 manicure $25.00 for a pedi/mani combo and $25.00 for color gel) I have gotten the SNS "dip nail" done several times here and it definitely lasts on your nails for 3 weeks! Consistent and respectful staff.  Always polite and they do a nice job!  I've been going to this salon for years now.  One reason I stopped going to other salons is that the women that work there can often be mean to each other or seem to have bad attitudes .  This never happens at Queen nails.  They make speak to each other in their own language but they never act unprofessional.  It's always a nice and relaxing experience! Stopped going to this nail salon a while ago because of poor service. Most of the girls who work there barely speak English making it impossible to communicate what you want done. My nails weren't staying presentable for more than two or three days. There are much better places in the area to have your nails done. Read Less

I did not like this place at all! I am very disappointed, I was told to go here because they were so called "good", I went in there with such high expectations, to just leave pissed off! they shouldn't take appointments after a certain time if they are going to rush you! I went in there with a picture on how I wanted my nails to be done, if they couldn't do it they could have told me before they started! They were very rough with my hands, I have cuts on my fingers! They weren't very nice about it when I talked to the manager, he tried to justify it and that truly annoyed me more! they aren't very good with customer service. I hate this place. I should have just walked out right from the start.. Anyway, the manicurist's tools were in a container labeled "clean" that was filthy with nails and old skin pieces. The cuticle pusher and cuticle nipper that she was about to use on me were crudded up with cuticles from other people. I kindly pointed it out that they were used and she denied it at first and then huffed and puffed while she cleaned them. Then she rushed through my manicure and cut me bad on one of my cuticles. She blamed it on me saying it was like that already and I should have told her I had sensitive fingers. What B.S.!! If you make a mistake at least own up to it and apologize. She had the nerve to ask me "What about my tip?" When I was paying for the manicure and I replied "I give that to you at the end of the service." I did tip her over 20% even though she didn't deserve it. After my manicure was completed the tools she used on me were placed back into the container labeled "clean." Gross, especially considering she made me bleed with the same tools. I will NEVER go back there again EVER!! If I can help anyone else from going there I would.. That's why I have to write this!
